I've been shot in the face by a moderately padded arrow from a bow at pretty close range (even if it was padded and couldn't penetrate my skin it hurt like a son of a *****).
I have had a flat head screw driver go through one end of my finger and out the other.
I had to pull it out. You can imagine this wouldn't be pleasant. I still have the scar.

I've been shot once, technically. Let me explain (funny story involving an explosion):
So, my uncle and I were out shooting at the local range near his place up north. He pulls out a .223 deer rifle and asks me to plink off a few rounds, tell him what I think. After looking it over, I ask, "You cleaned this thing recently?"
"It doesn't need it, don't worry!"
So I slap in the 10-round mag and start firing. Five shots in, the round jams nose-down in the magazine, the rear of the cartridge close enough to the firing pin where its primer can still be hit. I don't notice, as the bolt is located on the other side of the gun, and pull the trigger. BOOM!
The magazine blows out the bottom, and the .223 round plows through my thigh. Hurt like a ************, but didn't do any real damage thankfully.
PS: On a side note, my uncle later took the gun out again himself a few months later, after not cleaning it. He's now down two magazines.

When I was a very wee lad I fell off of a bed and cracked my skull open.
They sowed it shut of course.

I jumped off an old shed with nails sticking out of the side. On the way down they stabbed into my back and ripped all the flesh off from lower back right up to my shoulder. I have two lines on my back now, thinking of tattoo'ing a ladder between them!
I stabbed myself in the finger with an Exacto knife once while making a model
It was a rather embarrassing moment in my life, discussing with my mother whether or not I should go to the hospital for stitches because I stabbed myself in the freaking finger

I have a minor gash from when I accidentally stuck a knife in my arm while cooking. You can't really see it, and it's not that bad, but when I cut it..... Oh, that was painful.
