I had a crush on Ayame from InuYasha (a minor character, she was a wolf girl) and Sakura from Naruto. They're pretty terrible shows but sometimes a character design and personality just really resonates with me. Also possibly C.C. from Code Geass and Suzuka Kureha from Tokko.

When I was younger, I used to fancy a lot of the DBZ characters. Although my argument is that I was younger and couldn't distinguish between reality and realism very well.
I don't think I've had a crush on any ones recently. I thought Light from Deathnote was made to be good looking, but he looks like Zac Efron which put me off.
Game characters on the other hand, I have. Only seems to be the new realistic ones though.
