WOAAHHHHH hold up.
Statutory rape is a less serious crime than shoplifting? I'll spare you the feminist rant and just leave it at that.
I've shoplifted. I've shoplifted on accident. Assault (sort of), underage drinking, drinking in public, smoking underage, drugs (sort of), underage sex (sort of), indecent exposure (\o/) err... other things too probably.
Statuary rape = under-age sex. which is why I hate it being called rape. Well sorry for being in love you legal cretins, not to mention being just under a year older it now paedophilia I mean WHAT THE FUCK. Oh well, it's not like she has any protests, hell it's generally her idea hehe.

Jaywalking isn't a crime where I live, so I do it on a regular basis. The others, though? Not that I can think of.

But statutory rape is an odd one. I mean, you'd be hard-pressed to find a normal teenage guy who hasn't thought of committing "statutory rape" while still being underage himself. The same might well be true of teenage girls. But committing it past that point? That's an idea I find repugnant.

I've been about five seconds from fatally beating some of my roomates that REALLY got on my nerves (kept blowing weed fumes in my face even after I asked them to take it outside, as it makes me extremely dizzy and sick). Thankfully I went back to my room and punched the ever loving hell out of my wall instead of their squishy bodies. Unfortunately I had the whole house shaking so hard that the weedies called the cops on me (how's that for irony?).

Strangely enough, with all the crimes going on all over the world, it seems weird that I can't comprehend meditated crime.

Have you ever thought of or committed any illegal activities?

Here's some more typical to a normal citizen

Littering - Not really into it, it's not that hard to find a bin
Jaywalking - Everybody does it some time, problem comes when pedestrians take over the road.
Statutory Rape - Depends on the legal sex age in your country, but high school kids do have sex.
Underaged Drinking - Again, depends on your country, but likely to be regularly committed.
Speeding - Not really into it again, anything above 100km/h exponentially uses more petrol. Costs more money.

And then the more serious ones.

Shoplifting, stealing, robbery, murder, embezzlement etc.

I guess people do think about striking it rich or killing someone every now and then, but I find it too troublesome to pull it off.

Maybe laziness is the best crime prevention.

To tell you the truth, we all probably have that small little "urge" to end someone's life that we dislike but it's our good conscious that stops us from committing such a moronic act

Oh, ok. I don't know my legal jargon.
My ex when I was 15 was 18. So that was statuary rape technically? How silly, we dated for two years ffs.

In light of the credit crunch, I've thought of a few easy money making schemes but they have remained in my head since easy money doesn't exist. Also murder a few times but that is a different set of reasons altogether.

There' an old Wurlitzer organ at my high school that nobody's using other than to trash it. I feel like it is my sworn duty to protect innocent instruments like this, and I have plans to...acquire...it for myself. For the good of the organ of course.

And not at all due to the fact that it sounds incredible

You mean something like an office shooting rampage...No I'm too lazy and I wouldn't do such a thing. But littering is a common thing in Bulgaria the fuzz is either fucking each other or eating donuts.People just throw their garbage in the street and no one cares.

You might have been okay under Romeo and Juliet laws (which are in effect because of situations like yours), though the laws vary from state to state and country to country.

I've been quite broke for the past month or so, so I've thought of committing a bank robbery more than once.

Yes I have thought about it, no i have never done any sort of crime.

I'm just too well off for crime to be a nessisity, and too poor to make it a hobby.

Actually, when highschool kids have sex it is not rape because either. they are of a close enough age, even if one is over 18 (unless it is deemed more heinous, i.e. sodomy, unconsensual, etc)

However, there have been numerous instances of Child porn where one person, who is over 18 (even if only by a few days) and the other is under (again, even if only by a few days). And the over 18 has pictures of the under 18 in a provocative pose (even if there is no nudity)

As for littering, i try to avoid it, but sometimes do. Jaywalking can be a necessity in places with a lack of crosswalks, underaged drinking is gonna happen.... and where i live literally everyone speeds, by at least 10 km/h (except school zones). But that makes it the speed of traffic, so....
