You wouldn't get punished on that charge alone. It's really more of a sentence multiplier if the person was underage and you did something unsavoury to them.

Underage Drinking - Yes, though in very small quantities about once per year. *doesn't really like alcohol*
Minor Fraud - I've scammed some fairly unlikeable people into giving me back my share of money we pooled together in some cases, but I don't know whether or not this is specifically illegal, because I can make pretty good cases for it being justified for all of them.
I've legitimately considered quite a few of the stuff on the mid-tier (theft, mostly), but I don't think I've ever intentionally taken anything worth more than about five cents.
I also strongly disagree with the idea of two consenting individuals who want to have sex having sex to be rape just on the basis that one is 18 and one is not. I recognize the idea of a legal age of consent, but the idea that I could have been prosecuted for sleeping with my girlfriend (who at that point would have been going out with me for four years) is completely moronic.

Everyone's thought about it. I've never done it and probably never will. Like robbing banks would be something cool to do, but there would never be any way I'd do it. Too risky. No way I'd wan to go to jail and then live with it.
