I used to enjoy Runescape. Mock little me all you wish....I will join you. In that game, I liked to level Woodcutting. That was so repetitive and tedious, but it seemed so rewarding!
lol I used to play that a lot during Jr. High and early High School... about 4-5 years ago. :( It lost its charm pretty fast.

Mad World felt fairly repetitive, and I liked it... Far Cry 2 also felt that way, but I don't think it's as bad as people say. It's definitely not as good as a lot of reviewers had made it out to be, but not exactly very bad by any means. It's that middle ground between mediocre and good.

Far Cry 2. Some people hate the endless respawning checkpoints, but I just see them as a fun way to try out new guns/ tactics :D

Dawn of War 2. The non story missions are basically all the same. Defend this point, kill this boss, rinse, repeat. Again I just enjoyed these levels so I could grind my characters up to better levels, win better kit, and try out different squad combos :D

Mortal Kombat:deception. So bad, but the gore just hypnotised me
judging by your profile photoi can really belive that
please explain
Does it REALLY need to be explained?...Seems obvious.
There's nothing in my avatar that says "Omg, I love gore" If you mean my make up, sure. It's "scary-ish" but that has nothing to do with gore. Well, you were right, but it's kinda annoying that you based your comment on a stereotype

Assassin's Creed. Didn't get bored of it one bit and everyone says it's boring.
Also, WoW for almost 3 years. Stopped playing now.

Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2. Sure it was repetitive but mowing down tons of mobile suits is just cathartic.

Doesn't really have to do with gore just that

"Emo looking guy = Loves blood"

Even if it's total BS it's how most people see it

Diablo 2 is very, VERY repetitive, and yet I wasted years of my life on that game...

Same goes for Guild Wars, and I'm sure WoW players have similar experiences.

L4D, assassin's creed, Disgaea, any JRPGs. They are quiet a few I like. Maybe the perfect through repetition makes me happy or maybe I'm just a boring person.

Disgaea 2
level cap 9999, though you can reincarnate to keep a percentage of stats
stat cap somewhere in the millions, 999- of course
34 classes, each with 6 incarnations
even items have levels, level 50 laser sword ZOMG
I could go on, but the point is, its still awsome

Assassins Creed and just about any Spider-Man game to come out in the last eight years. And I'm a huge fan of beat em' ups, which are repetitive by nature.

A new one on Wii Ware called Pokemon Rumble. Really repetitive but I'll go through anything to play a game where you control the movements and attacks of a pokemon and not a trainer.

Hunting artifacts in Stalker: Call of Pripyat has a strange sense of achievement when you find one.
And then another.
And another.
