"Time-hole peeping shows that Jesus, Mohammed and Buddah never existed. Crisis of faith for one third of the world's population."
Not so much. If you're going to bring up religion, at least be funny about it.
Not meant to be funny... its my cynic side that really wants to kick people who use superstition as justification to abandon reason really hard in their self-righteous butts.

And while there are alot of people who are not obnoxious about their faith and surely don't deserve a life crisis, I feel they are acceptable collateral damage and that they sooner or later will get over it and go back to leading pretty happy lives anyway while the zealous crapwits suffers.

It's an interresting idea I think... the day we get irrefutable evidence that the Bible and the Quran are not in fact the words of divinity but "only" the writings of your fellow humans I think this will have some fairly interresting outcomes. For one: every bad act ever committed with reference to the Bible or the Quran suddenly loses justification. The Middle East problem takes a very interresting turn. And a whole lot other consequences form.

And those that are cool about this will not see any big change anyway. For example... even though Jesus wasn't born 2000 years ago that is not to say we shouldn't get together with the family for a grand party near the end of the year. And it's not to say that most of the Ten Commandments aren't still sound rules. "Thou shalt not kill" for instance is still good advice. So all in all, it won't be that bad.

It would make for a fresh start in many aspects of life... and the crisis of faith I think would be a somewhat harsh but acceptable price to pay.

``new mario and zelda games with complex gameplay and deep story´´
Deep story huh? here's one. You're setting out on the paint-by-numbers journey to see the princess that has been the staple of so many Zelda games. Then a fucking warthog steals your friends and a giant han pulls you through a black portal. Seriously, how people can say that Twilight Princess is the same as always is beyond me, upon playing this, I actually said "holy shit, what was that?"

I can't understand why more people don't see Twilight Princess as a great game.
i agree except in the following way

Ages: paint by numbers quest to see/save the princess when a portal opens and a baddy steals all your freinds, also, theres an alternate version of reality, excused this time as a different time period

Seasons: see above, only the friends are suspiciously docile apes

do i need to continue?

i love the games, and they do what they have done fantastically... and previously

"Forum post ends all religious arguments, internet no longer fun"
I'd forgotten about them. I don't remember that much of the start of Ages and Seasons. All i really remember is a whole lot of rings and something about a Tuni Nut.

Still, the addition of a Sniper rifle and a Bazooka were nifty.
well im going to admit i played twilight princcess and i liked i saw it had a good touc of plot and all that, i tried just to be funny, besides iwas thinking in deep plots like the deus ex one, or well written like the grim fandango one

How clever, are you also wearing a tiedye shirt that says give peace a chance or down with the tyrannical America?
Not really... I just happen to live in a country where firearms are illegal, personally I prefer it that way. Surely it's narrow minded to infer that only an aging liberal hippy douche could ever possibly be against firearms legality. Also the drug reference was merely to emphasise how distraught Americans would be without the ability to own weaponry.

And I can't be blamed for Americas tyrannicalness.
Actually weapons aren't illegal here mate.
I've got two rifles, it's just that the controls on ownership (and ammunition in particular) are a lot tighter in the uk.
Its that difference in attitude, a gun is a tool and its use privilege to be earned. Not a right.

Taking my head out of my arse for a minute:

"EA files for bankruptcy."
"Free Radical announces Perfect Dark 2, Conker-the royalty years and gives a release date for Timesplitters 4."
"Looking Glass studios reformed-System Shock 3 announced"
"Jack Thompson declared Captial offence, execution Thursday."
"Apple products declared contraband"
"PS3 to come boxed with rumble controllers and bacwards compatability with previous generations (only kidding)."
