Every action sequence in Heavy Rain.
The beginning of God Of War 3.
The large-scale fights in Infamous 2.
The ending of a Metroid Prime gam; and I'm not saying that as a bad thing. The feeling of solitude in a Metroid Prime game is always with you; so when you complete it, (Metroid Prime took me twelve hours) you take great satisfaction in the knowledge that you did it flying solo.
The ending of Halo: Combat Evolved.
The part in Dead Space 2 where you're flying across the Sprawl (there's no down in space, I can't be falling).
Boss fights in Madworld.
The Leviathan in Resistance 2.
The entire last act of Gears Of War 2.

Man, I love my life.

Medal of Honor (2010). The end of the first mission with the rangers. Fuck that was beautiful.
YES!! Overall that game could have been better, and up until that point, I was kinda "meh" about the whole thing. But during this part,
I actually thought I was going to die. Everyone running out of ammo, and the house, your one area of cover, is getting blown to bits, and enemies are surrounding you on all sides, and your buddies call off the reinforcements, resigning to their fate. And right when you think it's all over, in come the helicopters. I was actually surprised and relieved.

War For Cybertron WAS such a moment for me.

It can be summed up as the realisation that a simple shooter can become something much more immersive and exciting just by adding the ability to turn into vehicles at any moment (the transform-driveby-transform-turn-bulletspam move became my favourite way to defeat brutes, not to mention the jets)

Many moons ago, in World of Warcraft, the first time my guildies and I visited the Shadow Labyrinth. We'd done all right against the various bosses... and then we got to Murmur. We weren't using any info sites, just the plain ol' trial-and-error method of boss-battling. For a while we had it under control... and then something went wrong, and the tank got vaporized. And then the 'lock. And then the paladin... It was just the priest and my Gnomish bleeder-rogue. I jumped in and started stabbing, blew every last cooldown I had, and dammit, I tanked a dungeon boss, SOLO, for long enough to let the healer avert the wipe. It was GLORIOUS. I was like unto a tiny god of VENGEANCE. (And we went on from the nigh-wipe to kick Murmur's ass, first go, to boot!)

My other best moment comes from Crackdown 2. A buddy and I were playing co-op, and just noodling around with the mag-mines. I mag'd a couple cars to one of the cooling towers, called him over. He was like... "WTF?!" and immediately joined in. In the end we had something like 24 cars, buggies, and BUSES, magnetized to the cooling tower, including two buses, end-to-end, forming a stable bridge between the top rims of two towers. ... And then we detonated it. There were so many mines and vehicles exploding that BOTH our 360s gagged on it, and the game froze up for a couple seconds while it calculated all the trajectories... It was a thing of beauty, and I can't remember EVER laughing so hard at any game in my life.

A few moments come to mind:

When i was playing Dragon Age: Origins, I had Morrigan as Arcane Warriors with the Spellweaver sword for te stats, but then she attacked a Ogre and gave it the final hit it needed to die, then she got the killing animation for killin a Ogre, it was awesome tosee Morrigan kill an Ogre in her normal robes.

And when i was playing the Godfather and I needed to kill a boxer in a clean fight, i started the fight nd I was inta killed by a guy who rew a bottle. I yelled at the screen: WHAT THE FUCK. A clean fight and I'm being killed by a bottle, come on thats just wrong.

Sure i had more moments but these tow just cam to mind.

The Train Sequence in Uncharted 2 truly AWESOME
Aside from the horrible grammar, this is completely true. Plus the truck sequence.

Honestly, why all the hate for Uncharted? It might not be completely original, but that doesn't make it bad.

Vanquish. I don't want to give out spoilers but that whole game had moments like that for me. It's everything I wanted Gears of War to be.

The ending sequence of Uncharted 2 was pretty edge-of-seat. It was a whole lot of win, and you really felt like it was building up to an end-of-world showdown.

The collapsing boat sequence in Tomb Raider Underworld was pretty chaotic, in a good way.

Almost the entirety of the Kingdom Hearts series. It's unbelievably epic most of the time. Particularly the end of KH2 and 358/2 Days - when you've leveled up massively and take down a horde of heartless with one awesome hit. It deserves a fist pump and a loud "YEAH!" constantly. :D

Kingdom Hearts 2: When you fought a huge field of enemies. I fully beleived that there would be a cut scene to watch but i actually got to fight all the monsters.
Also that. It's called "The Battle of 1000 Heartless." You literally fight 1000 enemies on your own, and it's so awesome - you level up at least five times during that battle. :D

Mass Effect 2, can't remember exactly, but there was an arena challenge of some sort, and it was epic!

World of tanks getting Wittmann's Medal(Kill 7 of 15 enemy tanks) and Kolobanov's Medal (be the last person alive on your team VS 5 enemies) in the same match is always awesome, hard as hell to get since it requires both your team and the enemies team to be complete garbage.

I can think of a few moments in Shadow Hearts: Covenant (more specifically the FMVs):

1) The scene at the very beginning.
2) The Confrontation with Rasputin on his war zeppelin.
3) The appearance of the Vessel of Yamato (with the Cluster Amaryllis song on the background).

This, start at 2:30, watch 720p.
First time I saw this on a big screen in my darkened room with the volume turned to max,
I felt a shiver of awesomeness running down my spine.

COD 1: The Russian campaign in the house, Veteran difficulty. COD 2 had a ton of these. Actually, this is kind of unfair, as the COD series tends to have a lot of heart-pounding moments.

ZOE 2, when I was rescuing the girl from the lava pit and defending her from other robots. That was a picture-perfect moment. Great music too.

Crash Team Racing, jumping the ice slope at the ice level.

Approaching the final boss' lair in Portal 2. I was shaking with anticipation! I felt so energized and so alive. Still alive. I am completely certain no game will ever recreate that experience for me ever again, or at least the way Portal 2 did.

Shaking after mining in Minecraft and just saw a creeper follow my friend through the labyrinthine grid of tunnels and heard the explosion. I yelled ELIJAH eve though we were 5 meters from each other and sat there shaking with one of my other friends creeping towards the tunnel we last saw him in... that's the first thing that comes to mind.
