Time to put my blunt hat on.

They are all terrible names. I mean godawful, foul creations.
This is why the Metal genre is full of unoriginal idiots nowadays, because of the horrific unoriginality.

you sir are a genius

Tomb of Doom in a room with a broom,
Let me resume this fume wearing my costume,
Now I presume that with your loom,
You will groom that Tomb of Doom?
A lyrical wondermind!

I seriously laughed out loud at that.
Brilliant.

On topic!
I recommend the following name, given to ME as a suggestion one day, but I haven't used it yet: Inflatable Love Goat.

Use it with care.

While eating breakfast i did google searches. The practice of naming your band after a song you like is a time honored tradition but i've always thought it was kind of weak.

Lively Wasteland-not taken
Brightened Night- taken (a big band in portland)
Elegy- taken (metal band in netherlands)
Confined Sight- not taken
Abstract Reign- not taken
Hard to Swallow- this is a vanilla ice album and a band
Immortal Calling- not taken
Fugue- there WAS a band called 'the Fugue' in the 60's
All Hope is Gone- sure you already knew this was a slipknot album.
Violent Saint- band in New Mexico (as well as an Ill Nino song)
Numbered Days- band from I wanna say Seattle
Lifeless Life- also an Ill Nino song
To the Sons of Man- this is a KSE song
Element of One-also a KSE song, and a metal band from England.
As the Palaces Burn- Lamb of God Album
Sobriety Uprising- not taken (are you straight edge?)
Elect the Dead- Serj Tankian album
Metabolic- a record company, band, album
Diluted- band from California
Start a War- static-x album
Roulette- band from russia, an EMO russian band
Torn Asunder- band from Essex, UK
Break the Sky- two bands have this name
Suffocating Sight- song by Trivium
Tread the Floods- song by Trivium
Ember to Inferno- song by Trivium
Tomb of Doom- looks like it's a song by like 4 bands
Bomb Shelter-Record Company
Abracadaver- trash band from florida
Lively Wasteland-not taken
Confined Sight- not taken
Abstract Reign- not taken
Immortal Calling- not taken
Sobriety Uprising- not taken

Those are the only ones you have that aren't being used in some way.
Of them I like Abstract Reign and if you're Straight Edge Hardcore Sobriety Uprising my be apt, but corny.

What about Depressingly Unoriginal Name since that seems to be the main theme among your song names.

I dont condone 15 year old metal bands.
Hey I was in a 15 year old metal band once; we sucked out loud. But everyone got the needed experience to be in better bands later. What was the name? Buffalohead

Our most popular song? the coal mine

Truly Terrible.

TWELVEfiftysix:Scale

I doubt anyone else would have that as a name. Plus, it also means "4:1" (TWELVEfiftysix, 12:56, four to one, 4:1 scale) which could work as a logo.

Phorpyrus Flax. It sounds sweet and you could print it like on fire or something.
Wouldn't that be a purple form of a flax plant? Isn't that kind of...not metal?
You could be going for irony, I guess.
I really wouldn't know, I just kind of wrote something down. I didn't even know "phorpyrus" was a word...
Yeah, it means "Relating to the color violet."

Metal?

How about- 'Double Bass To The Face'
So are you thinking of a double bass pedal (for drums)?

because when I think double bass I think of something like this: http://www.cranesmusicstore.com/images/HUDSON_DOUBLE_BASS_SOLID_TOP.jpg

and that's more Rockabilly than metal.

How about, "Why Do You Care What I am Listening To?" That would make some interesting conversations.

Or maybe somthing like, "Pushing Pinguins"

Oooooooh, how about, "Jargon" or "Misanthropic Callous"

This is fun!
