Please, what straight man doesn't have a man crush on Simon Pegg?Sasquatch99 said:No, never happened to me.
But I have admitted that I have three man crushes. For those who are interested they are David Tennat, John Barrowman and Simon Pegg.
Actually, I'm a big believer in nurture over nature. I think that our upbringing determines our opinions, feelings, sexuality etc. What I'm saying is that people don't just "go gay" and that it isn't a choice to be raised to become gay. Obviously you must make the choice to express or suppress those feelings and I believe that if you are attracted to the same gender you should be allowed to act upon it without the fear of discriminationMalicious said:Actually no mate, its one thing to feel attracted to something, and another thing entirely to act upon it. Its a choice to take based upon your personality and psyche. No one is born "gay" if that's what you mean, the biggest factor is childhood.Jonesy911 said:People don't just "Go Gay", don't say it as if its a choiceMalicious said:Nah i know that man, they fail at evolution cause of their personality , judging people and bursting at the slightest provocation, acting like if people behave differently than they do, they are wrong. The fact that they have no kids doesn't bother me, catholic priests and un attractive people don't as well. Though its always better to have a few kids than go gay, just to help nature out a bit :-DA Pious Cultist said:Well that was a loaded statement. Homosexual is abundant within the natural world (a good example is the bonobos if I'm spelling their name correctly). It isn't like everyone in this world was ever going to procreate. I take great exception to those who use cultural norms such as marriage to jusifty calling homosexuality "morally depraved" and those who use a skewed view of the reproductive cycle to accuse homosexuals of being "unnatural".Malicious said:Also they fail at evolution.
Leave 'em be.
EDIT: That was directed at "Malicious" by the way
Quoting that song is NEVER all right.Kailias said:EDIT: Would quoting a certain Katy Perry song be alright? I'm guessing this thread is too serious for it...
