As most Australian States and Territories assign quite flexible discretionary powers to their police, most filth don't sweat the small stuff unless they don't like the look of you, you've given them a reason to look for things to grief you with, or there's political pressure on them to 'clean up' something or other.

I post alot of shit Australia does(mostly involving Gaming and Internet) but this is the first time it is appearing in just my state, and in real life to. I think I found the problem guys, it's me.

That's right, it is me who is causing all this shit in Australia.Why?Every single time a story like this pops up I say to myself,"I'm going to leave Australia if this shit keeps happening" but I pussy out and keep putting it off. Freedom of speech is not and has never been god given. It is allowed as a privilege the government gives. The constitution defined the rights the founding fathers say you have, not God. If they were god given, why are people in other global areas unable to exercise the right to free speech? You get your rights from the government, not from a deity.
Swearing equals hate speech. Hate speech is not allowed by the constitution (free speech is ok until it becomes hate speech (paraphrased)), and so swearing at an officer would not e a right given to you by the constitution, and hence not "god-given"
