I don't believe in any of this end of the world crap anyway, but I'm a bit confused as to how it would work. It will be 21/12/2012 in Australia before England due to the time difference, so does that mean Australia is anhilated first?

umm those predications are made of a different timescale so if it says we all were to die at 4pm us time which im not sure what that is exactly say -5gmt it just means well go kabloomy at the same time on our timescale which will be +10 + th 5 from america were still all dead at the one time im pretty sure galactic forces dont give a damn where we live

although i still choose to take it as a metaphorical end of the world not a literal one some dort of change that will forever more change the way we react to the world and the universe at large

where did you pull religion from in my post it was never mentioned cos it never came from a religious predication that the world would go kabloom in 2012 its from the mayan calendar and has been pointed out the specifics say change not end
