Homos have something wrong with them. Physicaly Wrong.

Every animal on the planet lusts after a animal of the same species, but of the opposite sex.

Humans are no different... Usialy.

These people either have some weird Hormone imbalance or They have fooled themselfs into thinking they like the same sex, because it simply isnt natural.
Please take a look [http://scienceblogs.com/cortex/2010/04/gay_animals.php] at [http://www.news-medical.net/news/2006/10/23/20718.aspx] these [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_animals_displaying_homosexual_behavior] before [http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2004/07/0722_040722_gayanimal.html] spouting such uninformed nonsense.

Homosexuals have bought me drinks a couple times, and that's about as good as you can do in obtaining my good will.

Also don't really mind the super-openly gay people that "flaunt their sexuality," it doesn't give me wood but it's far more entertaining than most straight people, and I'm so tired of seeing all the men dress, act, and even fucking smell the same (axe, everywhere more axe) that seeing someone step outside the box is always refreshing.

Super-secret tip, though, for those that haven't figured it out yet, a lot of guys that act super flamboyant are doing it because they know it makes you uncomfortable. Like all human relationships, loosen up and everybody seems a lot more fun and a lot less threatening.

Whoever & whatever people want to be with & make a life with is fine by me. what right do i have to judge others?

I don't know any strictly homosexuals, but i do know a few bi-sexuals & i have no problems with them, in fact they are some of the nicest people i know, not full of hate like alot of these redneck idiots that live in the area. I live in the south eastern part of the U.S. where most people are culturally & socially ignorant & unwilling to change.

I'm fine with it, of course. But, like with any minority group anywhere, stop acting like attention-whore children. We need Gay Pride Parades as much as we need Black History Month, i.e. not at all. It just teaches us to segregate each other. Why not have a "Celebration Month" or "History Day" or something where everyone can enjoy it? Why are you so special that you get to have your parade? I'm sure if someone started a "Straight Pride Parade" they would be called bible-thumping hate-mongering un-Canadian terrorists.

Honestly, those flashy parades make the normal ones look bad. I swear there would be less homophobia if they didn't exist. Take your typical, average, working-class hero 20-something club-bopping straight guy. He's a macho dood. He walks down the street and is assaulted by a tsunami of colour, feathers, and guys in tights. It reminds the guy of musicals and chick flicks and he fucking hates that shit. It makes him want to punch a kitten. He sees the words "Gay pride". Now he associates the word "Gay" with something he hates.

But yeah, otherwise, go ahead. Adopt kids, marry, do whatever you want. Just realize you're not special. Different, yes, but not special anymore.

I think we're all forgetting that HOMOS ARE GAY.

But seriously, go ahead, so long as it's not in my face, and that goes for straights too.

How they deal with their dysfunction is their business, not mine.

I don't mind them in theory - though I must admit I do feel a bit unconfortable when I'm in the gym showers and there is someone there who I know is gay.

But yeah, love is love, and nothing should be done about it. One of the scenes from a TV show that touched me actually involved a gay couple - in fact gay demons. It was from the season one final of reaper.

So I don't mind gays in general, but I did mind when one I know is gay made a pretty nasty joke. It was in the gym, and while I was taking a rest between two series, he came up to me and said: "Don't be frightened, but I'll be training behind you."

I am against Zoophilia and Paedophilia. That's the most I can enunciate right now.

While the roots of any modern Pride (at least in Western countries) still lie in the realm of being against homophobia and helping homosexuals, almost anyone who ever goes to one knows its just an excuse to have a big old fabulous time. A better parallel would be "we need Gay Pride about as much as we need Glastonbury Festival" - as in not at all, but its damn fun to have it anyway.

Granted the marches are straying into the "you'll take part whether you want to or not," but personally if people want to make fools of themselves marching down the street in assless chaps then I'm happy to let them.

I honestly dont care that much, while the thought of man having anal sex makes my butt clench up with the force of Odin himself, i dont care what happens behind closed door.

I don't think you'll find too many bigots here on The Escapist. If you're straight, cool. If you're gay, also cool.

You make a good point. I'm not against the parades being held. I'm just a bit bothered that it's called "gay pride" and thus seems to imply that this is the culture of LBGT people. I think it would be better if, and correct me if this isn't already the way it is, there was gay pride week. They could honour the LBGT people that had success, hand out some awards, and then end it with a big bang with the parade.

Just a question to all of you who say that you don't like homosexuals "shoving it in your face"...

How many of you think you could live with a person who was an open homosexual, was in a committed romantic and sexual relationship with another man, and lived in the same house as you, as your house-mate.

Would him bringing his boyfriend over a few nights a week be "shoving it in your face"?

Fine with it.

I keep to myself most of the time, so I'm unlikely to see the extremists, deviants and attention seekers in real life any time soon.

Are you similarly adverse the "hey-hey-in-your-face-I'm-hetero-as-fuck-notice-me" attitudes?
As someone who bore witness to that for the entirety of his stay at high school... pretty much, yeah.

I was going to give my opinion on the subject, but after reading some posts, I don't think I have anything new and or constructive to say...
I mean there's no point in saying :"I'm homophobic(not quite in the true sense), but I don't hate gays. I just feel a little uncomfortable when I'm around those squeaky voiced homosexuals(they just seem so unnatural and fake about it)".

Oh, I could say this: "Gays in Romanian are still mistreated, but a lot less than a few decades ago."

And if no one minds I'll just say this opening statement joke at parties I use:
"I have to tell you guys something intimate about myself.
I'm homo...
sapiens sapiens. Fooled you! :p"

I have no problem with it what so ever. I live in a little hick town, so as far as I know I've never actually met a gay guy, but a fairly good friend of mine is a lesbian, and I don't even think of her as "my lesbian friend", she's just "[her name here]".
