18 hours of Final Fantasy XI. That was my first day, and it was lovely.
I've had so many such durations with XI over the years...ah...wish i had the time for it now but meh...college...what can you do...120 days of playtime should suffice i suppose lol.

My record should be around 20 hours...persona 3: FES binge :D.

Neverwinter Nights from 8am to 23pm. Not non-stop, but I barely had any breaks...

What did I do? Character testing, item making, customizing the looks, making better builds over and over...

And Diablo 2, even though I have spent a lot of time with that game, the most I played was 8 hours straight. From 5 pm to 11pm.

My record is 50 hours of Super Smash Bro.s Brawl (amongst other things)
I think it gotta win some sort of something...
Sleep... you win sleep.

I dread to think. Generally it's gaming in moderation for me, but I'm sure at LAN parties SWAT 4 or UT have been played for more than 12 hours straight.

I feel like a bit of a small fry but about 14 hours on WoW, more half of which was getting my charger on my Paladin in one sitting - now that was an epic quest. Started a bit earlier than midnight and ended about 9 in the morning feeling extremely satisfied. We then even went on to finish Scholomance.
(This was before BC, when it actually took some effort.)

My record is 52 hours straight during the opening of the Ahn'Qiraj gates opening.

God WoW used to be such a time sink. Yes I have quit now.

Well my record is only like 30 hours. My friend claims he has stayed up for a week straight though playing Halo 2 when it first came out. Then he passed out.

Mine would be 12 hours of Mass Effect. It drawed me in so much that I wouldn't turn it off until I had finished it.

I've playes 24+ hours straight of games before, but I didn't play the same game the whole time. Longest session with one game is probably about 12 hours...
Some of you people make me feel normal...

Oh lordy... when Oblivion came out, I played it for around 3 days straight.

There was alot of Monster drunk during those 3 days.

After that I changed my plans a little bit and just played it from sun-up to sun-down.

I played that poor game ALL summer.

I think my 360 hates me.

By hours straight it means without leaving said given area for nothing more than a little food which must be taken back and eaten whilst playing and toilet breaks, i very much doubt that 50 hours "STRAIGHT" is possible ive heard of WoW players going insane with less than that.
Please don't double post, it makes you look like a post whore :)
And, I only left for food, and toilet breaks.
Made of win, no?
Normally I would tip my hat at that long on a game (sans an MMO) without a break, but Smash Bros? Really? How can you stomach that game for more than a single hour, much less the 50 you say?

As for me, I know I pulled 28 hours playing FFVII from start to finish with only one save just before fighting Sephiroth. I also have done an easy 40+ hours on BF:1942 that had a modern combat mod (can't recall the name) and a Vietnam Mod (Eve of Destruction). There might have been some counter strike in there as well.
