I am surprisingly good at waking up. I think I've overslept about 5 times in my whole life. If there's alarm I get up immediately, turn it off and rush to bathroom to kill any wish to snooze.

On topic though, getting up isn't an issue for me. I do shift work, two weeks on days, then two weeks on nights. 4am-pm, and 4pm-am respectively. I have one alarm, positioned across the room, and I usually set it for thirty minutes earlier than when I need to get up. Instead of hitting the snooze though, I manually adjust the time; engaging in any sort of cognitive activity sort of helps me to wake up. I usually take that extra thirty minutes to just lay in bed and stretch. How much time are you actually sleeping? That may contribute to your problems waking up.
