During my 4th training session I managed to land really poorly following what was only about a 7 or 8 foot drop, unfortunately the way I landed basically resulted in my right leg collapsing underneath me.
The result was hip dilocation, right knee and ankle dislocated, right shoulder went too as I hit the ground and broke 2 of my fingers.
All in all I did kind of fuck it up but 3 months later I started again and all of my injuries since then have been fairly minor.
