Return to mass effect 1 style combat and inventory management systems, keep or even dumb down the mass effect 2 lvl and skill system. Get rid of the rocket mako and return the old one... but without breaks or jump features, but also never go to any world with ROADS. Make the final boss fight a dialog option (kill the reapers with a logic bomb/power of love) Kill Shepard and replace him with tali who leads an all elcor combat team on a volus crewed ship. The geth are never heard from again and garrus is killed by jacob... for the antilulz.

Jack is made an important part of the plot and grunt does NOT die a heroic death. Miranda continues to refuse to take her pms pills and ashly does not undergo radical facial surgery to make her less butt ugly. Liara becomes evil, you must kill her, no renegade option to join her in the evil.

Thanes disease turns him into a tentacle monster, which you defeat only to have him return as a thane tentacle husk, which returns once more as a thane tentacle husk skeleton (like saren) which wont die until you drown him in lava. Joker and the ships doctor hook up foir creepy creepy sexual relations untill they are blown up by moridin partly to save us all from cripple/mature creepysex and partly because he made a deal with the reapers who want him to genophage everyone. Creating a stable subdued population for infinite harvesting.

Thresher maws are sentient offspring of protheins and are our only hope against the reapers.... Hmmmm did I leave anything out?

About 10 different dialogues in total for all random npcs (mudcrabs, horrible creatures)

Also Shepherd is now a muscular chunky space marine
chest high walls everywhere
emphasis on the gunplay and action (Explosions everywhere every 10 second)

Only two ways to end the game (baby eating evil vs give up life for orphan good)

Multiplayer
Make it about 8 hours long
The story doesn't end at the end

Change anything. Or nothing. Either way, people will claim it's the worst game ever and that they'll never buy anything from Bioware again (until their next release).

I can tell you why i hate the idea of Volus in two words: space jews. It's an incredibly racist... well,race. Every goddamn space opera has to have a race of weak, money-grubbing aliens.
It is however just a theory. But if I see just one Volus comedian I just want everyone to know i called it.

Make TIM the leader of the reapers. Railroad Shepard into vouching for TIM to the universe so TIM gets control of the citadel and have Shepard press the button that allows the Reapers in. Then spend the rest of the game blaming Shepard for his 'choices'.

This. I can only imagine a scene where Anderson says something like "There's only one person who can help us now", and then this guy comes in the room(audience cheers), and everybody welcomes and proclaims him Captain of the Normandy over the sound of Shepard's death screams.

Immediately killing all of your party members in the opening cutscene and having them replaced by the members of the council. Also you will have to have the Turien Councilor in your party at all times. Yep, pretty sure that would ruin it.
