How did you first end up at the escapist?

I was looking up Portal on Wikipedia, and they mentioned Yahtzee's review of the Orange Box. I followed the link, fell in love with ZP, lurked the forums for a while, and then joined.

I started playing Oblivion, whereupon I discovered mods and became a member at TESNexus. I got shown a link to a ZP episode there. I did a lot of forum exploring (not sho much these days) so I reckon I would have ended up on the Espcapist even if I hadn't seen that link.

I was summoning the Internet to help me solve life's quandaries. The Escapist popped up in the search results. I think it was a review by Susan Arendt. From there, I discovered Zero Punctuation and civil forums and I've been glued to the spot ever since.

ZP, like apparently everyone else. Good choice, Escapist! I was a huge Yahtzee fan a couple of years before he started Zero Punctuation.

BUT, the other features here kept me coming back. I particularly dig Unskippable, and Shamus Young's work. I find the editorials and game reviews more interesting than those in, say, Game Informer... though they aren't the main draw for me.

This thread made me stop and think about how much I love the Escapist

I found the Prototype Zero Punctuation episode after the...well...womanly pictures of Cole and Alex Mercer.

Me too, those images plague my dreams for days.

Same here, tho I printed them out and they are now on my wall.

Some people say that were aroused by that picture of Alex Alexa.
