70% milk, 20% coffee, 10% sugar. Because I hate the bitter taste, but love the caffeine.

Big mug, pinky out, small sips. British until the end.

Ooooh... it depends on my mood.
Usually (well usually I drink tea, but besides that), lots of milk and a small amount of sugar. But then there's also lots of sugar with little milk, lots of both, or if I really am in the mood none of both, a really strong espresso brewed for about 10 minutes which blows your head off (or at least makes you go crosseyed and your jaw lock up for half a second) it's a masochistic pleasure..

Then there's something fun to do in the summer or on a hot day: make a normal coffee but add a lot of sugar and milk as well as a small amount of vanilla, then let it cool in the fridge and serve it in a glass with an ice cube in it (or even some icecream) and a straw or two.

I often have instant chocolate-flavored cappuccino, it's nice for cold nights. (When you buy it, check the ingredient list: if it has a thickener, it likely tastes terrible.)

Start with cappuccinos with sugar first, then slowly adjust to the harder stuff. I did it that way, now I can tolerate regular coffee, but I still don't like it.

I can't drink it just black.
I used to literally douse it in cream and sugar, but now, just a bit of sugar will do just fine. Besides, without coffee, how would I tell the future?

Most people don't drink straight coffee. I drink mine black and strong with nothing else, but that's because I'm lactose intolerant.

With fantastic reluctance. I was given a cup of coffee by my University prof this past past April. Ugh. Hated it black, hated it with cream and I wasn't going to add sugar.

So either with amazing reluctance, waiting for a chance to dump it or not at all.

Step 1: Acquire good coffee. I get the bagged stuff next to the grinder at my Walmart, and tend to go for French Vanilla flavoring, myself.

Step 2: Acquire good creamer. I get the liquid stuff in the milk section. Again, french vanilla, caramel, chocolate, etc.

Step 3: Acquire real sugar.

Step 4: Go home, brew up a pot, and add real creamer, and real sugar. Plenty the first few times. Then, as you continue, lower the sugar and creamer ratio until you find the one that lets out the flavor of the coffee, without getting the bitterness.

Since i'm new to coffee i drink whatever i'm recommended and i usually enjoy all it! So i guess i have no preference.
the system i use to drink coffee is the following:
1st. take a sip, burning my tongue because its always hotter then i expect it
2end. take a second sip burning the rest of my tongue because yes.
3rd. since my tongue is fully burned i go ahead and enjoy my coffee :)

Believe it or not, I'm 21 and have just today tried my first ever cup of coffee.
I'm 22 and I started back in January - I would've made the same mistake if my girlfriend at the time didn't give me an off look and told me to get an espresso with milk like a normal person. Short version, milk and sugar help it not taste like shit, though you'll get accustomed to the taste enough to start lowering the amounts of both or even eliminating them as mood/taste serves you.

OT: My regular is instant coffee with milk (Nescafe) or a cappuccino, depending on the company and setting (people I know don't generally have espresso machines at home). Mocha is also great, do recommend it, particularly to someone new to coffee who's more into extra stuff :)

I can drink black coffee as well, but only really do when my brain is in dire need of a caffeine injection and my taste buds have no say in the matter. It's not shit, don't get me wrong, it's just that there are far more enjoyable forms of coffee out there as far as taste goes imo.

Just a little bit of milk or coffeemate. NO SUGAR.

Well, unless it's a mocha or frappuccino.

Yeah I don't drink coffee period. I don't want to addict myself to it and then need my cup o' jo every morning to be able to function, like all my friends do even though they hate the taste of coffee. Yes I know there's decaf coffee, but I dislike the taste so really why would I bother.

Pour a dash of milk and some sugar in it, stir, and chug. Yes, milk, not cream. That way the coffee is at a perfect temperature right away. It's just something to keep me from falling asleep during morning stuff, though. Granted, if there's any free coffee offered, I'll probably jump on that opportunity, but that's pretty rare for me.

I usually take it with one sugar and two milks, and the bitterness is pretty much gone. Just don't overdo it. Too much sugar makes it undrinkable.
