I cry.
Like a little girl.

Well, not exactly, but I tend to make little mewling noises. It doesn't help but it scores sympathy sometimes.

Depends on what sort of pain.

If its a good pain (exercise etc.) then I just ignore it.

But if its a bad pain, denoting injury, sickness or other forms of badness.... I usually try to make it better.

I just run around in circles, which seems to make the pain less.

Though it does make me look a bit of a wally...

I don't ignore it, I embrace it. Pain is one thing that lets me know I'm still alive. In a sense, I view it as a good thing.
I suggest getting an electrocardiography. It's really good at informing you on your life status.

I swear. Like, a lot. Yes people, astonishingly <url=http://scienceblogs.com/neurophilosophy/2009/07/swearing_increases_pain_tolerance.php>it works.

Relax and focus on something else if necessary. More often than not pain becomes worse when you tense up and try to fight it. I assume we're talking about physical pain..?

Normally, I just remind myself that in a few weeks I won't even remember feeling whatever pain I'm feeling at that moment. Helps me to distance myself from the entire experience.

I don't ignore it, I face it like a man! Seariously though I just watch YouTube videos or read something to try and keep my mind of it.

I don't ignore it - if its too irritating, then I focus in on it, and imagine it in my head as some blob... then I subdue said blob.

Surprisingly, it actually semi-works.

It depends on the pain. There has been the rare occassion when part of my body hurts and it isn't the pain that bugs me so much as the lack of physical symmetry (I'm weird that way) and sometimes actually try to "balance" things by hurting the opposite site.

In general, though, I focus intensely on somewhere else. I was having a neurological examination for my arm the other day; during this procedure, I had my blood pressure taken and electrical jolts were shot through my arm. To compensate for these discomforts, I fixated all my attention to a single dot on the ceiling.

If its a small nagging pain (like a papercut, where the skin has been broken) then I put a bandaid on. That always helps. If its a bruise or sore muscle I just ignore it. Finally, if its more major (like a broken wrist or deep gash) then the shock and adrenaline usually do my work for me. But on the whole, i dont mind pain, so it doesn't take to much to overcome it.
OH! and if its emotional pain (or even physical pain), then I drown myself in Cola-Cola and everything becomes better. =D

I just doesn't really affect me, one time at work I accidentally broke a plate I was putting away and some flying death shrapnel cut my hand a bit. The manager poured some hydrogen peroxide (I think) on it or something else that's supposed to sting when I happens didn't sting. Then she sent and used one of her finger nails to try and push out anything that might have gotten stuck in it didn't hurt a bit. At first I thought she was being gentle so it wouldn't hurt but she said she was really digging in.

Still haven't figured out if I still have a souvenir from that or not yet.

I usually punch the pain.

Say I fell on the ground and my knee is bleeding. I solve the problem by punching my knee!

It works great! Until you stop punching that is.

SO PUNCH THAT PAIN AWAY!
