Generally with the word "ouch".
Similarly, I generally say "ow" completely emotionless and then get on with my day. Physical pain doesn't generally last long and is therefor irrelevant. My friends make fun of me for my complete lack of a reaction since I'm rather accident prone.

Exceptions, like when I had to get operated on my leg and couldn't walk right for 4 weeks, leave me visibly uncomfortable, but I don't see any point in vocalizing it.

And that would be me.

As i've said before, i've been shot, stabbed, blown up and been in more fights than I could wiggle a kitten at.

I've been in pain thats incredibly excruciating and while it does hurt like a *****, for some reason it pisses me off.
...blown up?

Generally with a sentence similar to this:
OW YOU BASTARDING FUCK SHIT!

And then go back to whatever I was doing before hand?

Currently? I'm wincing. I had some gynaecological surgery done about 2 days ago. It doesn't tickle...

It depends on what it is. If it's a papercut, then it's pretty easy to ignore. But when my back/shoulder/neck start spasming and I lose feeling in my hand, then it's kind of hard to ignore.

Depending on the swiftness and severity of the pain I either curl up a bit and swear or completely relax and detach from the moment.

When I stub my toe on something, I am not expecting it and I will generally swear a bit. If I am expecting it, such as when doing martial arts and I know my training partner is about to throw me on the floor and twist my arm up my arse, I relax and let it happen.

I sliced my finger pretty deep on Monday night. 2-3mm on my little finger. There was a lot of blood but it didn't hurt. I walked downstairs and calmly told my mum I had cut myself quite badly. When it was still bleeding quite badly (it was a pulsing heavy flow) after a few min I asked her to take me to the late night emergency clinic to have it patched up. The most painful part is the annoying cramping from not being able to flex my finger from all the bandages.

Fun fact about pain.
Did you know that a paper cut will hurt more than cutting off your finger?

this is because in a paper cut you will do damage to yourself but all the nerves that send pain signals are undamaged and are still there. But when you cut off your finger you will be cutting completely through your nerves so they can send pain signals. It will still hurt but not as much as a paper cut.

However for me
Either Adrenaline or pleasure. Though i usually as fuck just out habit.

Usually i just say: "AHH FUCK!"
Yeah pretty much this. What is it about the good ol' F-Bomb that makes pain go away?
Believe it or not, swearing profusely after an injury encourages your body to produce adrenaline, which 'numbs' the pain quite effectively.

Say "Oh Fuck it", grab it and hold it and then if it hurts go treat it in the bathroom.

1 and 7 I guess. It´s not that I ignore the pain it´s just that I don't always feel it, that said stubbing my toe is probably the best way to get me angry fast.

Its it minor but still painful I get angry. I am normally a really mellow person though so I don't know why. If its bad then I kind of stay still and not move for a while. I have a majorly low tolerance for pain.

Depending of situation, choice from these two.
