How do you scratch "embarrasing itches?"

So you're in a public place, and suddenly, one of your more "private" areas begins to itch. How do you get rid of it?

EDIT: No bathrooms or unseen areas in sight. You're in the middle of the room or wherever. Attention isn't focused on you, but it isn't away from you either. People would see you.

EDIT: What if you don't have pants with pockets?

My post consists of the following 6 main points.

1. What the fuck kinda pants are YOU wearing?

2. Are you looking for a specific answer here? Because you seem to be trying to lead us towards something.

3. I use my pockets. Because literally every pair of pants in the fucking universe has pockets.

4. But I suppose my counterpart in the Anti-Pockets universe would be forced to fake getting a phone call so he could walk away from the group and scratch it there and DON'T TELL ME HE DOESN'T GET A PHONE EITHER. The man is already missing out on pockets, for Christ's sake. Don't his life any worse.
