How many enimies have you killed in your gaming career? (A rough guess)

My gaming career has now spanned 16 years, there's no way I could count or even estimate how many pixelated enemies I've killed.

I once played this flash game were I developed a virus/bacteria/parasite and then unleash it through out the world. Only that game: 6,792,600,000 as estimated at 27 December 2009 to be the world population. It took 10 minutes.

I'd say a lot of enemies in Painkiller over and over (probably about 30,000) + 50,000 in L4D + all those enemies in Quake and Quake 2 + the thousands of people I've killed online.

Then there's all those poor creatures from the time I spent playing other games, such as Super Metroid.

I'd put my guess at being 1.5 million.

Oh, but if individuals count in a game such as DEFCON: Everybody Dies, then that puts my count up about 1-10 million per nuked city.

If I have to be in direct controal of the character doing the killing, then about 3-4 million (dead rising, dynesty warriers etc those buff that score quite a bit).
If I can include stratagys like Galatic civilisaions 2, then many trillions

I'm honestly not sure, considering I killed 560,000+ people in GTA 3 alone that's a lot of people. Then there's Star Trek Legacy, one Galaxy class ship has over 1,000 people, and the 60+ FPS I've played together. So I'll say a small planets worth like Quiet Samurai

I believe that I have killed 50,000+ enemies in games before. Not as many as some of you guys though.

Well, I used to play the shit out of Dynasty/Samurai warriors when I was a wee lad, so I'll go with around 500,000 to 1,500,000. I know thats a really wide range, but 500,000 sounds like the bare minimum, and 1,500,000 sounds like the max.

Keep in mind, I used to play Konami games, so I would slaughter around 2,000 enemy's a match.

Plus, you haft'a add the rest of the enemy's from about 8 years gaming experience. (Been gaming since the PS one)

Also, I used to play games like Company of Heroes and Black and White.


But overall, my career probably spans 500,000 to 1,500,000.


Edit: Well hell, now that I'm thinking about it, I have recalculated that the number is over 6,000,000.

Then again, I'm bad with numbers. Seriously. I have repeated Algebra six times.

Well I can't say for every game. But I've played both the Left 4 dead titles, Dynasty warriors 2-6, prototype, dead rising, and modern warfare 2 (just as a few high-kill titles). MW2 alone I've killed about 3,000. I have to assume my number is at LEAST in the low millions.

Time Spent: 3052 hours of KOTOR, 7136 hours of KOTOR 2, around about 10000 hours for Oblivion same with Morrowind and 300 hours of Fallout 3... I kill around 100 NPCs a hour so about 3048800 plus who ever I killed in Half life (1,2.0,2.1 and 2.2) ,Halo (1,2 and 3) , Dawn of War (1 and 2), Age of Empires 1 + 2 and Myth and alot more games which I can't be bothered to mention.

I only really count interesting kills, like niggers and women.
sadly I never played resi 5, so the hits are pretty low
