How many PS3's or 360's have you replaced?

I'm running Playstation 3 number 5, and Xbox 360 number one (bought Saturday)

I've had my PS2 ever since it came out years ago... It's amazing how long it has lasted me and has never failed to play a game.

My 360 has also never red ringed, and I've had it for a few years now.

My first 360 lasted me a good three years, and then got E74 TWO FUCKING WEEKS AFTER THE WARRANTY! I was convinced it was a conspiracy....Luckily, my friend had just gotten an Elite, so he gave me his old 360, and I've been using that for almost a year now.

Never had to replace me PS3...but then, I never use it besides the occasional LittleBigPlanet or Heavy Rain.

I have never replaced a console my whole life...
Apart from Computers that is... due to the stopping to work mostly, But I don't computers for games so much.

The only problems I've ever had with consoles is the controllers or wires. My PS2 controllers are pretty old and the analog stick are a little sticky, sometimes my psp analog stick/thing sticks in a certain directon and my PS3 you ask, well the only problem I have ever had with that is a wire at the back sometime comes loose. But it only ever seemed to happen when I was playing Fallout 3?

Oh And The Disc tray on my PS2 sometimes doesnt work... But suprisingly it has been working fine the last few times I tried.

Technically on my 2nd PS3. I had the yellow light error, sent it in while under warranty through Asurion (SHIT company) by Wal-Mart. Sent in once, died 2 days later, same issue, sent again, 2 days later...dead....again. Got it back, (yes, the same exact system I originally had) and it lasted a month before my dog made it crash 4 feet to the floor when jumping off my bed and running right through my wired head set. Lasted about a week before it died again. After that they cut me a check for $553 to get a new one. My current 250GB is working just fine! The whole process lasted from a week before Thanksgiving all the way through March. Hate the fact I lost my backward compatibility, but I kept my PS2 for a reason, right? Right

I'm on my second PS3, first PS3 lasted me all the way from it's release to last year.

None. My PS3's laser died, but I got my same console back from Sony, so it doesn't count as a replacement console. My 360 has yet to die on me.

Never replaced my PS3. I don't see a point in owning a 360 because there is only one game (Dead Rising) on there I would get that isn't on PS3 or PC. And anyway, Dead Rising 2 is on PC and they have a version of the original for Wii.

Dead Rising 2 is coming out on the PS3 aswell, just to let you know...

Put my Ps3 in my suitcase when traveling with a plane. Some idiot smashed up the hard drive and the connectors to it when he dropped my case from the plane. From that point on, hand luggage!

I'm on my second 360. On my first one, the disk drive was failing causing lags and read errors, but try explaining that to Microsoft Tech Support.

I got the RRoD last year after about a year and a half of it working fine. I sent it in to Microsoft, got it back, and now it works just fine.

I still have all my consoles. The only ones I had to repair were my PS2 and my 360.

My 360 has crapped out twice on me but I got them repaired. First time E74 and the second time the disc reader stopped working a week after I got it back.

PS3 - None. Works perfectly.

On the other hand, I've had to replace 2 of my 360's.
