How often do you change your avatar?

Whenever i have a new good picture of me that i want to have as an avatar. Since i dont take pictures of myself or well in general thats not very often. Plus i like this one very much, and on a huge site like this its not bad to have a consistent "face" to represent you.
I changed mine a few times in the past, but I can't really remember any of them outside of these two that I had at some point:
Not in those sizes obviously, I just didn't save the originals I used that had been resized properly so I can't post what they looked like as avatars without making a half-assed resize job that will make them look terrible.
My current avatar I'm coming up on having had for 6 months now. 3 weeks or so and I'll have had it for half a year.

Mine was Alucard from "Castlevania: Symphony of the night" until about last month. I then changed it to the New York mets and that stayed for about 2 weeks and then I chenged it to the New York Rangers logo. I changed it a couple of days ago to this one at a friend's request. I think I will stick to this one for a while.
