How often do you change your avatar?

It's always quite disheartening to change them, for some reason.

I've only been here for a bit but I've only changed it once, a few days ago actually. I picked a generic ninja until i find the time to actually make a decent gif or something slightly more original.

Well I've changed it a few times since I've joined, but mainly for seasonal variations. I used to have a Rorschach one which was awesome, but then I changed to my bird. I can't change it again because if I do I can't put it back.

Haven't changed mine since I've set it. I've had the same Skype avatar for the past 4 years... And on fb, I pretty much stay on one profile pic for a few months, then decide it's time for a change, cycle through a few in about a week, then stay on it for the next few months.

I guess I'm just too lazy to be bothered. On fb, it's probably because I see my friends changing their pics.

Oh, and it's "magpie".

You should animate that Avatar so the birds actually bounce. That would be awesome.

I had my "Jesus with a muffin" avatar for a while, but then I changed to "A guy flipping a chair and sitting on it."

I used to change my avatar a lot, but lately, I haven't changed it as much as I used too.

My current avatar is the one I had before but with a bat in the corner. (for halloween)

I'm going to be keeping it for a while. (at least 4 months)

Yeah, the pic I've used for it is actually an animated gif where they bounce. I've heard the trick is to resize the gif, and I've been meaning to do that for the best part of last year. Maybe I'll get around to doing that when I'm bored one afternoon.
