2) because it's not the healthiest thing to do and I honestly much prefer a nice piece of fish.
Contrary to what the USDA would like people to believe, eating red meat is not unhealthy.
It's actually the cooking process that most of these meats go through that's the issue.

Cooking red meats and fish under high temperatures creates heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Which have a confirmed correlation with cancers.

Luckily for me, I eat my red meat blue and my fish very undercooked or completely raw.

But besides that, red meat has a high fat content, especially the higher quality it is. (Ever heard of marbling?) So eating red meat isn't as healthy as something like chicken which has a relatively low fat content.
I was on the Dukin diet a while ago(and I'm starting again soon for summer.) which is a protein diet without carbs. And it mentioned how well done steak is harder to digest, making your body get less energy out of it which meant it was slimming. It was a good diet. I lost 25 kgs. I'm running it again in the hopes of getting to a flat stomach or maybe just a little potbelly. I was eating beef, chicken and fish. In my experience red meat can be very slimming. (except pork. Is that a red meat anyway?) it's all in how you cook it and what part of the animal your eating.

Why, everyday of course. Usually 2-3 meals, maybe even 4 (for a good morning snack can't go wrong with a sausage roll and sauce) :D

I would say pretty much everyday (including fish). A friend of mine (who is not too smart) decided that she would become a vegetarian as she thought it was healthier. I struck her. I struck her good.
Here is some scientific literature for you to read, courtesy of The American Dietetic Association:

"Vegetarian diets tend to be lower in saturated fat and cholestrol, and have higher levels of dietary fiber, magnesium and potassium, vitamins C and E, folate, carotenoids, flavonoids, and other phytochemicals.

Vegetarian diets are often associated with a number of health advantages, including lower blood cholestrol levels, lower risk of heart disease [as a side note, heart disease accounts for more than 25% of annual deaths in the USA], lower blood pressure levels, and lowever risk of hypertension and type two diabetes. Vegetarians tend to have a lower body mass index (BMI) and lower overall cancer rates [a further 25% of annual deaths in the USA]."

They also note that a well planned vegetarian diet is suitable for all individuals during all stages of life including infancy/pregnancy/adolescence and for athletes, and that vegetarians easily meet and exceed protein requirements.

Also, other data suggests excess animal protein intake is linked to osteoporosis, kidney disease, calcium stones in the urinary tract and some cancers.

Not sure if sarcastic, or racist.
And "we" (The Europeans) never really colonized Africa. All the slaves were PoWs that were sold.
Wow. I thought eating meat was meant to aid brain development. Anyway, I'm just going to eat my pine nuts and laugh at you.

I definitely eat meat everyday. I don't understand why some vegetarians consider chicken and fish not meat... They are both animals and are full of proteins that are characteristic of meat. so I consider them as meat in my comment.

Assuming you are taking about all meats, not just red meat, I eat it every single day. I don't eat red meat very often but I do eat a lot of chicken and fish.
