I am fairly certain everyone on this site has had this dish at one point or another, I dont mean the nice expensive ramen you get at restaraunts, I mean that cheap as shit 20 cent ramen you get at the supermarket, so how do you make yours?

I first boil the water, then add the noodles, once they are cooked, I drain the water and add the seasoning, also, I will sometimes add Mushrooms and onions, and I will ALWAYS add Hot Sauce.

Whenever I eat ramen I get a terrible headache.

Probably due to that it contains 82% of my daily sodium needs. That's a hell of a lot of salt.

When I read the title I thought this would be about Rayman, and that you just spelled it the wrong way.

I boil it, put the stuff in that silver bag in it while it's in the water, stir a bit, then eat it.

I had a friend in high school that would bring a package of it to lunch, and just eat it unboiled though.

I boil water first, go upstairs and play Counter-Strike, come back downstairs to find all the water has boiled out and then give up and just drink a Mountain Dew for dinner (true story).

Actually I just boil water first, pour the noodles in, stir, pour the flavor packet in, stir, pour it into a bowl and then eat it. Though I might have to try hot sauce. Any flavors you would recommend mixing with hot sauce?

And another fun fact, ramen noodles and banana bread are the only things I'm good at cooking. Whenever there isn't anything premade that I just need to put in the microwave I'll just eat ramen.

Not anything special, Usually make 2-3 packets at a time, but only use one salt package. Usually add in chunks of honey ham when I can.

I have in the past used ramen to make an awesome seafood casserole

Not enough salt in my opinion. I do what you do OP, except I add a lot of salt.

That would be the saltiest thing I've ever tasted, and I once ate a big heaping bowl of salt!

Lol, in Mexico it's standard to eat it with Lemon and Hot Sauce.

I just microwave it, I'm lazy xD

I knew a guy who ate 3 packs of ramen every night. THREE!! EVERY NIGHT!!! And he had already had a heart attack in his life. I barely ate the stuff before that, but never again after that. It's like when you're about to eat at a restaurant but then you see the people eating there, and then change your mind and make a better life decision.

Boil water, add noodles, mix around for 3 minutes, strain it so I retain some water, put the noodles into the watery bowl, pour almost all of the seasoning in, then curse myself for calling it enough food on which to take ritalin (which is prescribed to me and of which I have actual need).

So have I! They called me crazy but I wasn't crazy I was just a little bit less sane than everyone else.

I typically get a good sized bowl, put the brick in the top, put the seasoning on it(spicy beef or miso) pour boiling water on it and throw plastic wrap on the top and it steams and then drops into the hot water. Then I either hit it with hot sauce or the sauce from Made in Japan/ Teriyaki Experience and eat it with chopsticks.

Until I read the back and pondered how in the holy hell this tiny package of noodles was so unhealthy.

In a bowl, break the noodles in half, add a cup of water and seasoning.
Microwave that sh*t, and eat the noodles and the "soup".

bam.

It's my "clearly the youngest in the office" signature lunch.

I usually splurge and buy the 30 cent cup ramen, so I boil the water and then pour it in. And then wait the most agonizing three minutes ever.
