To prevent him winning due to plot, I'd pay a street gang a few hundred bucks.

Not being aliens he'd be unable to win due to plot device and the weakest scrawniest member of the gang would get a lucky shot right through the visor.

I'd then walk up drop a cooked grenade in his helmet and watch from a safe distance.
