I'm fine with people quoting stuff, but I hate it when the quoter doesn't give any context first. For this instance, giving context qualifies as relevance the current topic or preemptively saying that they are about to quote something, i.e. Oh yeah, remember "blah" from X?
Just saying this based on experience with another student who usually quotes internet videos at random, and at that, ones I haven't seen.
