I haven't ever been put on probation, but I have said some stuff that I thought could be almost-probation worthy.

I've only been on probation a few times, and that's because I was apart of a flame war. To be honest, being and angry makes me feel good, so when I argue I am thoroughly enjoying myself, so I don't think I regret anything.

The only time I've regretted anything I've posted is when I've insulted someone or made them feel bad about themselves.

I'm not sure what came over me; it may be some sort of SAD combined with Tourette's Syndrome.

To avoid further probation, have there ever been times when you regret posting something you shouldn't have? Do you remember why you posted it?
I was shocked to see what you did post, to be honest. Seemed very out of character for you. :/
I'm trying to remember why I posted it; I think it just coincided with a very angry memory that I have since repressed.

Yeah... When I was new here, I thought a "Which Tasteless Joke is Funnier" thread would be a good idea.

Bye, Matrix badges.

That said, I still laugh at a well timed dead baby joke. I can't help it.

Yeah. My first, and only, suspension is something I regret because I was being an idiot.

I went on a low tipper rage and forgot that the person I quoted might not be American.

I still feel bad about it, but oh well. I have definitely have my moments where posting something negative rude happens. I don't regret them because they're real.

There was also one probation I had for making a joke that I stand by. It's just that it was at the expense of the website, so I understood it.

Despite my colourfull and bizarre writing sometimes, only warnings have come my way.

One of them for trashing Zynga... ehhh.

I regretted a picture that I posted with one of my posts while I was on probation because I said I was going to cut someone with a skate. The probation post made reference to something I said before and made a fellow Canadian laugh in the thread so I didn't regret that one and I didn't feel it was worth arguing over. The picture however had the word ****** on it which was considered offensive. I made a cocky post saying that I didn't care if I was suspended to any user who was trying to help. Some laughs about how creepy the image was and an hour later I tried to edit the picture out but for some reason it didn't and I woke up to the surprise of being suspended for the picture I tried to remove. Two days into the suspension everything was cleared up with a mod and that blemish was removed.

I also regret not arguing with a mod who was reading way to far into a post that I got a probation from. I got a response to my ticket about a week after a week or two long probation ended and didn't feel like arguing over it.

Well, I had a bad beginning on escapist so I guess I'd like to apologize for that.

Not really. I got suspended for calling a guy an idiot once, but he was asking for it.

I got suspended for 30 days once.

Also, as someone who originally came here to troll and has since reformed, I have to say we should start a user group for reformed trolls.

I got put on probabtion for calling Catholicism a cult.

I regret not adding the "/joke" ending. Maybe that could've saved me a probabtion.

Back in the days when I used to inhabit the WOW armory forums, I posted a bunch of stuff that I still regret to this day, I was such an idiot back than...

As for the Escapist, I have made a couple of threads that looking back, probably weren't such good ideas. Such as my "People leaving during a match in Halo Reach." thread, in which I complained about something so stupid and trivial. So I probably ended up giving some people here the wrong impression about myself. Sorry about that...

Calumon: Asking if people liked me or not was kinda silly. :S
I regret what I am about to do.

The "or not" is not needed, only use "or" if you can switch the two options and it still makes sense. You would not say "Asking if not or people liked me was kinda silly." That sound wierd. "If" implies the statement can be true or false, you only need to say "Asking if people liked me was kinda silly."

Sorry about that... It just seemed to fit the thread topic... (Feel free to pick apart my post)

Anyway, I also regret talking about physics on this website, because they are so much easier to explain with pictures. And some people can be thick...

Back when I was younger, I intentionally trolled to see how fast I could get banned and now, I've banned my entire school from going on that site because of it. So, yeah, I kind of regret doing that.
