Call the police, drag your lying, cheating girlfriend through a (hopefully) lengthy court case to convict your "rapist" friend.

Worst case scenario, they believe your girlfriend and your former friend gets a few years to think about why you don't fuck your mate's girlfriend.

Best case scenario, your girlfriend crack under the pressure and confesses that she made it all up, therefore learning a valuable lesson about lying. Hopefully this will incur charges on her. Bring popcorn.

Yeah if possible ask around and see if anybody outside of you 3 knows anything.

Then get them both together in a room, watch them argue it out and see who you think is guilty by carefully watching their reactions. If you can't decide after that you should just say "fuck the pair of you" and leave.

Eitherway your "friend" is a arsehole and deserves a kick in the teeth. But I guess that's up to you really.
