Woke up just this morning after going out and blearily spied a traffic-cone in my room. Took me a few moments to remember it all.

Ah, good old Uni-life.

I woke up in the middle of the night to see my three cats asleep on my bed.

Only, I have but two cats.

I chased that bugger out of the house.

Does that count?
I'll presume your cats bring home their flea-ridden little friends, too. Very annoying habit, that.
Cat number 2 essentially moved into our house a couple of years ago, and now our garden has become some kind of feline nexus.

I found a heart-shaped necklace among my stuff once. It's probably mine, and I have gotten it for a gift or something, but since it wasn't my style I had just forgotten about it. It's probably the most expensive thing I have ever found I didn't remember owning, I'm usually pretty careful about my stuff.

I suppose it's kind of the reverse because I know I own it, but I came home from holiday to find my duvet cover missing (it was on my bed when I left and now is nowhere in the house). Also for some reason my room now smells faintly of fish.

Might have something to do with the call from the police we had whilst in France regarding my brother's secret houseparty that got out of control thanks to facebook. But I'd rather not dwell on how that and the dissappearance are linked.
Sorry, but it sounds like someone jizzed on your bed, left it for a while, then either your parents or your brother hid the evidence.

a gold(en??) Zippo

i just took it out of one of my drawers when i was looking for my regular lighter... it had engraved C.G.M.

no idea how it got there, i dont even know anyone with those initials, it seemed fairly scratched and used, like it was old.

weird huh?.

Once coming back from my girlfriends house i kept finding empty beer cans in my dresser drawers and closet for the rest of the year. O, and two of my roommate's friends in my bed. After the chocolate had been cleaned off my bed, i heard later.

The most recent was a mini-laptop notebook. No personal files, no registration, no names, no nothing. Like it just came out of the box. Only it was in my duffle bag that I hadn't used in a year, on my last trip to the mountains for camping.

The most bizarre was an empty box of shotgun shells. Found it sitting next to my bathroom sink after waking up from a fried's birthday celebration.

I found a plastic katana in my wardrobe once, inside the sheath was two £5 notes. Being a rich imitation samurai rocks!
