*Slide appropriate cat sound here* Fair enough, I was merely striking a conversation. There is no need for the two of us to lose our civil nature. Oh, damn, did it again, didn't I? The sass thing... Damn...xmetatr0nx said:Cos then you would have no reason to ***** at other people, assuming they give a shit about what you have to say...try not quotting me just to sass me.Toar said:Why is everyone down on Game Dogs? I haven't watched but one episode, and didn't laugh by the way, but why don't you whine on their fourum until they make it funny.xmetatr0nx said:Well crap, i was going to say Game Dogs...now ill just have to reiterate how crappy game dogs is.
I suppose it probably is that then.beemoh said:It might be very telling that both of those do most of their work in the UK.Stranger of Sorts said:Oh and most American comedians that I see on youtube. Though some are brilliant (Rich Hall, Reginal D Hunter) a lot just regurgitate each others jokes.
Everyone enjoys feeling smug once in a while. And I've just been waiting for a few years now to have someone explain to me why The Office is genuinely funny, rather than just "you don't understand it because you're not smart enough". (Which is literally the answer I've always gotten.)Hardcore_gamer said:I think some of the people who have so far commented on this thread are pretty stuck up there ass. Sure if you don't like a certain kind of humor (like the random humor in Family Guy) then that's fine, people crack up by different things. But the moment someone says "person A is stupid and suffers from inferior intelligence because he likes show X or "this" kind of humor" then that same person is just declaring himself better then everybody else because he considers himself smarter then the rest for no other reason then that he doesn't share the same taste as other people.
If you don't like (insert show/type of humor) then that's fine, but don't ruin the fun for those who do by lecturing them about how dump they are for liking it and how they should stop watching it/enjoying it.

The guy who does XKCD is whole-heartedly obsessed with internet culture and won't stop jamming meme references and other silly shit in-between complicated maths jokes that are above my head.Gaderael said:You find XKCD and Monty Python unfunny? Wow. I never thought I'd see the day. May I ask as to why you do not find them humourous?Frequen-Z said:XKCD, Monty Python, The Mighty Boosh, Will Ferrel, the list goes on.
