I have to agree. He was brilliant in that role, but it was hardly one of the best movies of all time, as one of my friends tried to argue. I liked it well enough, but I honestly wasn't blown away by anything other than Ledger.mcgroobber said:

it's an alright movie not sure if it warrants a sequel though, found there was too much hype over heath for me to focus on anything else
You are intitled to your own opinion, but the two movies really shouldnt be compared. I personally am dissapointed that The Dark Knight was grouped in with "Superhero" Movies, because it was much more than that.Fappy said:

Still prefered Mark Hamill's Joker to Ledger. It was more representative of what the character was actually meant to be. I understand that people like the whole new, dark Joker (in fact I didn't think it was that bad) but I still prefer the old Joker. It was his constant witty one liners and joking around with Batman, showing that while he was both demented and evil, he was still rather ingenious and up beat. In the Dark Knight he seemed to ditch the whole idea of being this light-hearted humourous character to adapt this more serious (just realized using that word is slightly ironic), dark psycho that was more disturbing to watch then amusing.
