I got insulted for laughing when watching Life of Brian.
No, really.

It was at school and our class had Religious Instruction. We were at Christianity and our teacher (awesome guy) had us watch Life of Brian. This was the first year of high school equivalent and the first time I watched Life of Brian. I was laughing my ass off, the whole film long... the only one in class. Everybody kept asking what was so funny and later started harassing me to stop me. =(

Very few "creative" people have the capital, experience or skills to become a big name in the music industry.
If artists think they are up to it then all the more power to them. I just hate the whole "omg evil money sucking music industry" crap.
They provide a service. If you don't want it, then don't buy into it.

I does not matter what consle you own as long as you like it your self. People want me to get a 360 and i don't want to waste my money when there is no good games were i would play. The games i do play i got them for the ps3

I still verily enjoy watching anime and I'm 18. Apparently thats out of the ordinary for my friends. But then strangely enough I go to work, and BOOM every fucker and their mother loves anime, and I have a great time.

I downloaded music in the past and the main reason for stopping was the safety of my computer! I download from legal sites now but its very rare for something new(recent) to be on my to do list! OT: I get insulted by utterly retarded people all the time, mostly when I start talking about religion or politics. I can understand that people might not agree with me, but it seems like it offends people that I actually research my positions and don't just go around yelling "I'm right and you, sir, are a dumbass".

Let us face facts boys and girls, every time you buy a CD, iTunes,etc that money goes straight to the recording label, where the artist gets maybe 2-5% royalties (this number can change based on how "big" the artist is, meaning Metallica,and other bigger names get more for royalties). Artists really make money from touring,shows,etc. So if you really want to support a band attend a concert, buy merchandise from the concert, because honestly that cd purchase is almost meaningless.

Oh no, money going to record companies! Good, I hate those record companies for promoting and financing bands I like to make music and go on tour. I hate them so, so much.
