I am 13 and although I don't cry out of sadness I do laugh myself to tears and because of my chronic pain I do sometimes cry abit because of the pain(maybe a few tears) and I have the weird talent to cry on demand so I have screwed around with my friends by suddenly bursting into tears.

Last time I cried was when my girl friend left me, I've had other relationships before that didn't really bother me once we broke up, but when me and her broke up it crushed me. Other then that I can't really say I've cried in years.

Agreed. And they claimed that that was a kid's movie. WTF? First the movie was boring and then it was sad. I think it was for the emo 11 year old's.
stupid film..make me cry T.T
Yeah, it is really embarassing if you're a 14 year old and the only one crying in a cinema...
It's ok..youre safe now..cry all you want *hugs you* T.T

Lets see...I'll assume I cried tears of pain whenever I first scraped my leg as a little kid (I wouldn't remember what I had for breakfast five minutes ago if I didn't take the fruitloops with me).

As to out of sadness.....nothing personally but there are quite a few incidents where I have:

Clannad and Clannad Afterstory
Kanon
A certain episode of Lucky Star (wouldn't want to spoil the episode number)
The ending to Kobato (was very nice)
and..hm...

Does the fact that everything in my life from age 10+ that made me tear up a bit (or stream tears a bit if I were to be truthful) make me less of a person? I mean, I didn't even cry at the two funerals I've been to...I made myself feel horrible and bad....

sometimes a tear or two run down my face when i laugh way too hard. besides that i am emotionally dead. (that was quite a problem at the funeral of my grandfather, because everyone was thinking like "wtf, he's the person who was closest too him and doesn't shed a tear?! dickhead")
tears of pain: last time i cried because pain was when i broke both bones of one of my forearms. that was... appr. 17 years ago ^^

Couple times, when things got really overwhelming or frustrating. Helped my clear my system of shit and switch to 'deal with it' mode.

Also, The Dog of Flanders. If you don't cry during that movie, you have no soul.

I used to cry a lot, but then I was made fun of in school, which goes without saying. Now I hardly ever cry. Even during sad times, it takes a bit to get me crying. Last time was when I was overwhelmed with a ton of shit, including my grandfather dieing, final exams, and being at home with only my dad who went through the worst bout of depression yet during that time.

The sadness remains in a empty shell of my former self. My mind has run away to stroke ponies who lack digital devices of any sort and comfort them for this misfortune in order to make up for my sadness. Okay, that's a bit extreme.

Same here broseph. I HATE IT. Especially if I think someone might think I'm crying. So I just flex my muscles and kill a bear. Works like a charm.

Sounds like a typical teenage 'I hate my life' phase. Good to know I'm not alone in the world!
Oh you know, besides being nineteen. Oh, and how about half of the stuff isn't centralised about my own personal life. There was also the part where I never said "I hate my life" and I do try to not give the impression that I go through a terrible life compared to others.

So, any more ignorant accusations you wish to throw?

I wasn't aware I was throwing ignorant accusations around. Was going for a jovial tone, really. Ah well. Suppose that isn't clear in text, my bad.

I only every cry when I'm mad. I don't understand why someone would cry when they're sad. I mean, I know that's the norm, but it just doesn't happen with me.

In retrospect, maybe I just don't really become 'sad'. Maybe I just become mad instead...

I've cried a few times but only for major stuff, that I've had to see a psychiatrist for. Other than that I don't really cry.

I can get teary-eyed from certain movies, Hero and Brokeback Mountain are two. Last time I really cried was about a year ago when my cat died. One whole day we had to see him slowly getting worse; from pulling himself around the house and meowing painfully, to just lying in the hallway, twitching occasionally. :'(
