Erm..I threw out a cork because I didn't see the corresponding bottle of fancy vinegar next to it. And I knocked over a big board of some sort in art class today.

Urm.. In chemistry the other day we were doing something with ethanol, distiling or something I honestly wasn't paying much attetion.
After the experiment I tipped the Ethanol down the sink whilst playing with a lit splint (strip of wood for lighting bunsen burners) it burnt down and singed my fingers so threw it into the sink. The whole thing caught fire!! And the smell was terrible as the fire went down into the pipes.
My chemistry teacher was not happy. Not happy at all.
I'm not allowed to go near any flammable liquids anymore in her class

I was walking up a really steep hill one day and tripped over a slim jim wrapper. I then rolled down the hill, got up and knocked down some kids ice cream.

I once tried vaulting over a railing and bashed my knee into it. About 5 minutes of family guy-esque "sssssss aaaaaaah, ssssssss aaaaaaah" followed.
I was at the movie theater and focused all my attention on the House of the Dead arcade and ran into a pole. Got 3 stitches, hurt ego, and a mild concussion. In my defense that arcade did steal $20 of my friends money and its evil aura made me walk into a pole.
Walking down a pier, talking to friend who was walking by my side, walked straight into a telephone pole. Hilariousness ensued.
Aside from that, many times on MSN typing things to wrong people or embarassing typos, one case in my mind sticks out. I'd been chasing this girl for a while (not literally of course) even though she had a boyfriend, she told me that she was going to dump him. So I clicked onto (what I thought was) my other friends window and said something along these lines:
"FUCK YEAH! OMG I SOOOO HAVE TO ASK HER OUT THIS IS AWESOME!". Turned out the click didn't work. She wasn't so eager to go out with me after that particular incident.
