God damn, I know. Only reason I'd tour Japan is to see them. They have a huge following here on the West Coast, especially in Seattle. I can't even IMAGINE how hard I'd cream to hear "Bikini Sports Ponchin" and "TsumeTsumeTsume" live.

Oh God, seeing Nao-chan in person. I might cry.

Koi No Mega Lover was the song that got me INTO metal, believe it or not. Not ten months ago, the hardest shit I listened to was Black Sabbath and the Sword. Max made me the music man I am today. My personal favorite song by them is either Houchou Hasami Cutter Knife Dosu Kiri or Bikini Sports Ponchin'

Well that's one badass band to get you into metal. They seem to put on one kickass show. I've only seen Youtube clips, but they not only sound great, but they have one hell of a performance.

OT: If you aren't sold, go to youtube and look up Acheron and The Cronomancer I: Hubris. All three songs tell an amazing story that should really be heard together, and musically, as well as sonically, are absolutely superb.

The Decemberists. Kind of an alternative folk music is one way to describe it the majority of their songs tell a story of some sort. I live right across the columbia river from Portland, Oregon where these guys are from and one time I creepyly followed the lead singer around in Powells because I was too embarrassed to talked to him
