Have you tried playing the Elder Scrolls series? Morrowind is one of my all time favorites.BigEvilTurtle said:I've reached the point in my life where it seems that not one video game can keep my interest for more than a few days. I've tried many games but nothing is keeping my interest. Could someone suggest some games that might last a long time for me?
I really enjoy sandbox games, first-person shooters, and adventure games. I don't particularly dislike any genre.
Off the top of my head (meaning `I played recently') Braid, Penumbra (Overture and Black Plague), Eversion, VVVVVV, World of Goo are all good (in my opinion).BigEvilTurtle said:Could you list some? I love indie games.
With Fire and Sword is ridiculously annoying. Some peasant with a rifle and pin point accuracy will take you out with one shot all the damn time.Najos said:This right here. I have over 120 hours played and about 80 of those are on ONE MOD called Prophesy of Pendor. There are probably five or six other mods out there that play like their own game as well. There's also the new version called With Fire and Sword or something, but I haven't tried it yet.Rem45 said:Mount and Blade: Warbands
Yeah, that doesn't sound very appealing. I'll likely buy it anyway, just because I like to support the developers. Mostly in hopes that they'll release something on a new engine sometime in the future.Rem45 said:With Fire and Sword is ridiculously annoying. I'd concur with this. I've been feeling similar, and I've been remedying it with just not being inside. It is summer, after all.ryai458 said:WoW, ummm, there is always the option of just going out instead of playing games. Do push ups until you can't anymore, then run, repeat.
Just visit Kongregate. They've got new games every day. In fact, I kinda wish I never discovered it. I wasted so much time there...BigEvilTurtle said:Could you list some? There are plenty of indie games on steam and other such websites that fit that criterion.
THIS GUY! this is the guy. You ever have one of those days that's just shitty, your tired, your hungry, and boy, when you get home, Your gonna play the SHIT out of some game? Well based off your post no, not for a while you haven't. I could be wrong ofc but wither way. One way to really learn a new appreciation for something is to not have it for awhile. Deprive yourself and realize how much you enjoy it. Whether it's school, work, or anything else, not getting to have any personal time makes the time you do have so much more enjoyable.ryai458 said:WoW, ummm, there is always the option of just going out instead of playing games.
