Alright, I'm fed up with hearing about this crap. I'm pretty surprised that someone with a picture from Metal Gear as their avi is having trouble with this, but yet again, you CAN be a fan of a game without being a fan of it's story.

True, the story is REALLY short, but I find the story to have plenty of continuity and a fine narrative. You don't really even have to do research to look any of it up, unlike a Metal Gear game (just to see where you're at this time and look into why organizations are doing what) or another game series I love that I see the stories clearly in: Final Fantasy.

Yet, it would seem all three of these series have stories that people describe as 'schizophrenic' (I should know THAT one, since I have aforementioned mental illness) or not making any sense. Instead, maybe these people should start listing questions about things they don't get, so other people can answer them and connect the dots.

Sorry for the rage there, but as a writer I can look at a story and know if it at least has a structure to the equivalent of SHITE.

Back on topic, Too Human would be on the top of my list. Fucking terrible......

If you couldn't get past the nightmare fade in Dragon Origins, you obviously don't know how to think through things or enjoy exploration. It's not that hard, at all, whats so ever. I also regretted Dragon Age, but because the combat was so god damn boring after a while I just couldn't care about the story.

Lets see my laundry list of regretted games within the past few years: GTA4, Sacred 2, Mercenaries 2, Aion, Universe At War, C&C3, NWN2, Brutal Legends to name a few

I either couldn't find much enjoyment in them despite the reviews, or they just plain sucked and I didn't read up on it enough.

No, I figured out how to get past the obstacles, it's just that I ran out of health poulices when I was surrounded by darkspawn, and there was no way for me to get more.

My Xbox 360. The only thing that preventing me from selling it is Forza Motorsport 3. I have 6 games for it. It's not even good as a backup system. Hell, it sucks for media purposes too. I still wonder why I still pay for a year. Luckily I have my Wii.

I played all the way through it once, and I'm never doing it again.

I hated starting with nothing but a crappy pistol, some toilet-paper-strong armor, and a bat.

I bought all of the dlc for that game.

Oh, and I play it on the 360.

So no mods and no console cheats.

Modern Warfare 2. I hated WaW, and I hated COD4 for all the unbalanced perks, unbalanced weapons, shitty spawns, shitty kill streak rewards that encouraged people to camp and got you cheap kills, a shitty community, shitty maps that favour one side, terrible servers always resulting in "host ended game" or something, skilless sniping, shitty single players that could be finished in a day and the ability to spray all you like.

I don't know why I bought Modern Warfare 2. I guess my friends kinda pushed me into buying it. It was even worse than the two before it. COD has gone to shit since COD2.

I've had some bad ones but nothing tops Alone in the Dark. I was so exited about that game. Awesome fire physics, combat centered around burning shit alive, and what seemed like what was going to be an interesting story.

What pisses me the most about the game was it could have been so good but apparently, instead of finishing the game, the developers decided to take a shit on it and call it finished.

The first Fable. $50 and only twelve hours of game? Bull. Shit. Later I started to appreciate the things the game does right, or that are just entertaining, but the fact that it's so short and completely not the epic that Mr. Molyneaux promised makes me want to kick him in the taint.

That's the only one that really springs to mind since I usually try to rent or borrow a game before actually purchasing, unless it's one I know is already something I'll enjoy, like Guitar Hero 2 and such. That being the case, I was horribly disappointed in GH3's "battle" mode. Such a poorly implemented idea.

Please, put down the flamethrower. Do you see the point I was making there? Yes, anytime you categorically rail on something or someone, you need to explain it. Otherwise, we can assume all kinds of wacky reasons why you don't like it. I personally love my Wii, in part BECAUSE only a half dozen decent games are released for it every year (I have a career and a sex life, thank you very much). And I loved Galaxy and am eagerly awaiting the sequel.
