ok there are a few things you can do

first as was said get sunglasses
second as they said in 40 year old virgin, use your peripherals, it's something i've done for a very long time
third when they say stuff like "pervert" do as a friend told his daughter "well if you don't want people to look, don't dress like that"

so no you're not a pervert, she wanted you to look

Oh well. Bad luck.

Funnily enough, I look at girls' boobs all the time and they never yell "pervert" at me.

Blame it on my devilishly good looks.

She put her tits on display. You looked. If I was her, I'd of slapped you if you didn't.

If I were you, I wouldn't care. No... that's not true. That would bug the s**t out of me. Ugh... some people are just irritating that way. If you were Christian Bale or whatever she's into, she'd be flattered. But because she doesn't know you, regardless of the fact she's showing more than enough skin to blind a priest, she's going to get uppity.

You have my sympathy, and she has my extreme dislike.

Women confuse the fuck out of me, I have seen "normal" women walking about with a bit of glitter in thier cleavage, trying to intise me into looking, like some sort of horny magpie.

What all men should do is walk around with a hole in the bottom of thier pants so thier dangly bits dangle in plain view and when any woman looks at them you shout "HEY, MY EYS ARE UP HERE" while pointing at your face, that'll show them.

You know what pisses me off more than ANYTHING on this topic?. Shirts with writing across the breast on women. I cant read it because il be called a pervert but it seems like the person in question wasted their time buying a humerous shirt if i do not.

Fig one: Read a girls shirt in town one i knew in passing and was called a pervert for staring there when theres some writing in MASSIVE multicoloured font.

Fig two: Different girl gets annoyed at me for not noticing the funny writing writen across her chest.

WHY DAMMIT WHY! I cant win with these people.

Well if they put it display, or draw attention to it, dame right I'm gonna look.
If you put a giant flashing light that say "tits" pointing to your chest and get angry for someone for looking, your just an idiot.

Have you ever considered setting up a HD CCTV network for this kind of thing?

On a serious note (not a particularly serious one at that), as I wasn't there, I can't really tell. If she was wearing slutty clothes you're probably right, but try not to ogle. Learn to hide your glances, you have much to learn about being a perv.

Revealing clothes annoy me just as much as the people that wear them. If you are planning on wearing something that is going to near-expose your privates then either:

a) go completely naked

b) cover the fuck up

Don't go with something that will draw attention to yourself while trying to have the audacity to claim "conservative fashion choice". People who wear exposing garments have to know it will bring wanted and unwanted attention. If they can't deal with the filtering process then they should do society a favor and make up their goddamn minds about why they wear clothes in the first place.

This indecisive, half-naked tomfoolery is going to be the death of me. God I hate modern society at times!
Quoted for truth.

OT: You weren't pervy at all, you were answering nature's oldest calling; to see the works of the diving potter. Too bad you weren't very successful but for the next attempt, yes you will be making many attempts in the future, be sure to have sunglasses on.

She would have been less offended if you junk wasn't hanging out of your open fly.

Maybe she was offended because you were admiring her at all. Perhaps she is very sad on the inside and doesn't feel good about herself so she is offended by anyone who looks at her as if she was attractive. Or maybe she's just a random Bimbo who you should ignore. Either way, try not to look at a woman's breasts and silently laugh on the inside at women who have been brainwashed by the media into looking like sluts.

Well some women feel offended when a guy "not up to her standards" stares away like that. Also you could have made it a little less obvious. That was probably some girl i know, you're lucky you didn't get punched. You have much to learn young one.
I never understood that, i mean, now stuck up can you be when you think "He's not good enough to be looking at me". That is without a doubt one of the bitchiest things a woman can think.

I need to stop agreeing with you, it'll be bad for my reputation as contrary and petulant.

OP, if you'd been Hugo Slavinski (a name I only know because of Britanick) and staring at her, I'd bet you dimes to dollars that she would have blushed, and maybe even offered you her number. But, you're not, so instead of it being flattering and "good" attention, it was creepy "bad" attention.

Rule of thumb: if you're attractive enough that she'd likely date you, stare away. If you're not, it's creepy. I don't agree with the rule, but them's the breaks

Wait, YOU thought you were perverted for doing this? Bullshit, man. She's the idiot.
eh, id be one to go out on a limb to say that anytime a guy looks at a woman's chest for arousal, he is being perverted (only by the actual definition of "perverse" though).

however, i would like these silly women to know that there is a thick, well drawn line between "perversion" and "sexual predator" =|

Well, coming from a lady, she wanted you to look, and then when she saw you looking felt a bit too slutty and so had to balance it out again.
Seriously, we only ever wear revealing clothes when we think we should be/wold like to be stared at. It's one of them female empowermenty things I guess.

but thats just pointing out that there is a double standard =| if i walked around in tight pants that let people see the outline of any erection i ever get, i wouldnt 1. care if an "unattractive" or "unpopular" girl was idolizing it, and 2. wouldnt be allowed to speak up to them if they did =|
