sorry, I'm an american, hockey just ain't my thing. But I wouldn't mind a relaunch of the whole Mutant League series, hell throw a soccer or basketball game in there, too. Just give me awesome arcade-style sports games with the ability to kill people, replace the ball with explosives, and maul the refs if I so choose.

I'll have to go here. There are soo many modern (production value wise) flight sims out there from WW2 and beyond, but still no proper Star Wars one. Why doesn't Lucas see the gold in this? I mean he is making a decent number of crappy Star Wars games as of late, but is afraid this one wouldn't sell?

yea the space combat game genre as a whole needs to be revived. I like the trade-based ones, too, such as the X series, Freelancer, the EV series, etc.

I'm an American too, I personally hate football but like Hockey, especially M.L. of all things. Nothing like taking a chainsaw to the Mighty Weenies.

Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and Soul Reaver 2
Half Life (I don't count Black Mesa right now, but my opinion might change)

Was this sarcastic or you really played the game over 10 minutes? That game would need to be built from scratch if it was to be playable. I had it on pc, I have it on gamecube and never got past first 5 minutes. _Worst game ever_

EDIT: I forgot to answer the whole question and my take is Baldurs gate 1 and 2 or some other good old rpg. They just dont make stuff like that anymore, well besides dragon age.

Homeworld 2, it's a great space RTS. But the remake should include the Dynamic Dogfight System found in Tactical Fleet Simulator ( a mod for Homeworld 2).

Other than that I wouldn't mind seeing something current gen for Jade Cocoon (providing they do it properly)

I'd love to see Morrowind remade on the Dunia Engine (FarCry2) and I think that Deus Ex 1 would be awesome if done in CryEngine (Crysis 1). Needless to say but both would have to retain ALL their PC settings and the like, they really don't deserve the bastardisation that being brough to consoles causes...

No, I am not being sarcastic, I actually love that game. It's something about playing in big, more open areas in the day, with not only tunercars, but supercars etc., and I also like the soundtrack, since I'm very fond of rock and metal.
Call me what you want, I like that game, and I play it oh so often.

I would really like to see a remake of Halo Wars in which it is not a strategy game.
I would really love to see a remake of Dead Space: Extraction in which it is not a rail shooter. And on a respectable console.

But since neither of those things will ever happen I would like to see what is possibly the most awesome PS1 game of all time: Raystorm. Look it up. I challenge anyone not to enojoy themselves when playing Raystorm.

So I could maybe actually be able to get my hands on it.

I forgot to mention this. I would very much like to play Shadow of the Colossus again, I borrowed it once, but now its impossible to find PLUS my PS2 died last year so even if I do find a copy I can never play it!!! I would love to see a remake on the 360 or the PS3 I have both I am fine with either.

a HD Widescreen version of Super Mario World 2:Yoshi's Island would probably look really nice and be pretty damn vibrant.

Also a stylized version of Donkey Kong Country 2 would be pure awesome.

Could go on with a rather large list of Snes games i'd want a Widescreen/HD Update for.
