Other than that, I can see him replying to someone (the villain, a scientist, Alyx) and pointing out a scientific/plot-esque flaw, or explaining how he survived an attack or terrifying trap. (e.g. "But how did you--" "The antidote." "Huh??" "The antidote. From the lab. You saw me take it, remember?")
If he ever does say anything, it should be timed perfectly.
