If the Escapist was a city, what would YOUR job be?

I only really show up, post, view, play, quiz, etc... when I am exceptionally excited over something. I get interested in various topics and posts and put in my 2 cents here and there, never expecting a reaction and leaving without notice for long spans of time.

By this definition, I am a commuter to this city, show up for the occational day of work, but mostly partake in coffeehouse discussion and do drugs till I feel it is time to leave.

Right now, it would be what I am going to try and be in real life. So that means I would be an advisor to the city government on military action and reporting on political sciences done in the city, while volunteering with the Fire Department on the side, or just straight up being a Firefighter since I already have training in that. Hell, since I have a college degree, I can even become the chief after awhile (something my dad couldnt do because he lacked a degree).

Ah...but the Escapist IS a city! In fact, it's an entire reality! All of our combined mental energy syncronized due to our combined like of all things here on the Escapist has created what is known as a "Ghestalt Reality" based on this very message board. Its citizens are all based on the web identities we have created for ourselves for this message board so, yes, there are living representations of our avatars there.

As for me? Well...seeing as how my job IS kind of to explore the multiverse and its very realities, I'll probably just be a visitor to Escapist-Earth. Hopefully the mayor doesn't mind this intrusion...

I have absolutely no idea, if someone could tell me what I could be then fantastic. Otherwise, it seems I would be unemployed in this place.

Obviously you'd be an air-conditioner repairman who always tells the truth. Like some kind of...True Repairman.
