I looked into it and I would go for a set of master crafted, sanctified, lathe blade knuckle dusters with in-built inferno class exterminators (mini one shot flamethrowers, 8 of them). Nothing better than doing a shoryuken to a deamon prince.

probably go with a portal gun. id just have to be careful not to look into the operational end of the device.

Either omnigel or an Aperture portal gun. Hell, maybe a regen unit. One of the three.

my pick is the obvious: The Delorian from Back to the future. after a quick stock market resurch and making $100, I travel back to when I was sixteen, hand myself all the stock market quotes from then on and make my younger self invest in the right ones. I think that's game set match. lol

Infinite Improbability Drive. Would be a load of fun.
shit, I was going to say that. I bet there's only a 2 to the power of 2079460347th to one chance that would happen.
I guess I would have the most important item to have on any voyage guatalic (<-- the catptcha), a towel.

An asgard mother-ship,
just think of all the cool places you could go, things you could blow up and cool spots you could beam to!

plus you get replicators, the ship can build you pretty-much anything you could ever want

failing that, probably a personal shield
screw power armour or a crysis suit, just go for gold, personal shield all the way

The Infinity Gauntlet [http://marvel.wikia.com/Infinity_Gauntlet_%28Item%29].

Even though gods and the like were involved in its creation,it's still science-fiction. It's all the product of technology that is sufficiently advanced as to be indistinguishable from magic made by aliens whose grasp of Super Science has made them god-like, like most things in any one of the various Marvel Universes.

Terminator armor. Sure, there may be more powerful or practical things, but seriously.

Hell yes.
Hell yeah, now that's a suit of armor to wear while storming into combat. :D

You can changed the default layout (storm bolter and powerfist) to whatever you want it to be. Now go make mine in the colors and style of the 8th legion.

"Ave Dominus Nox!"

Either that or some of those digi-weapons they have plus reloads for them. :D

That one pen thing Dr. Who has.
There are just so many things wrong with this sentence. It's hurting my brain.
Don't try to think too hard about it. Remember when you tried to solve 2 + 2? Here take your meds.

I would love to have an industrial replicator with build in fusion reactor off of a Federation Starbase (Star Trek). Then I could build, or rather, replicated just about anything I could ever need.

Futurama counts as sci-fi so (and I can't believe no one's said this yet)

The What If Machine

Although I have to remember not to ask it "what if me and [ex] had stayed in a relationship".

But beyond that the possibilities are limitless.

"What if Hitler won"
"What if Duke Nuke Forever was delayed again with no release date set"
"What if Disney started doing porn"
"What if the Presidential Primaries consisted of Death Matches"
I strongly suggest you make a "What if" thread. I can see some good laughs happening as a result.

"What if I put the same amount of time into studying as i do in gaming?"

Remember when you called the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver a 'pen thing'?
Remember when you abbreviated the Doctor's name to make it a title?
Remember when you said that the Doctor's name was 'Who'?

Here, take this shotgun as your medicine.

Yeah, I think it's <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.190780-The-what-if-machine#5956263>time again.

OT: Is the Andromeda Ascendant one item? If so, do I get Romy with it?

The first thing I would use that sonic screw driver on is a nerd pride filled kid...
