Some may be a bit beyond the scope of what you're offering, but:

- Instant charisma with women, to the point where I would never be rejected for a date.
- Elimination of the need for sleep. Energy level would be constantly at peak.
- Perfect poop. No constipation, no diarrhea, ever.
- Ability to increase my metabolism by 1,000 calories a day. I could use this either to lose weight or to be able to eat more without gaining. Probably the latter.
- A video game-style stat screen so I could have perfect numerical representation of all of my abilities. Couple with the KCAS mod from Oblivion for skill and attribute enhancement.
