Uncharted 2 and Mass effect 2.
It would take place in the mass effect universe and the story would be written by bioware and most of the game would be like Mass effect except that every time a mission came up that involved shooting the gameplay would be that of uncharted 2. And of course it would use the Uncharted 2 graphics engine and the dialog sequences would be animated by naughty dog because they do mocap and voice acting at the same time making the interactions more convincing.

Imagine an RPG with the same constantly changing world as Stalker, and everything thats awesome about it with a Mass Effect coat of paint.
And Dawn of War Dark Crusade and Doom 3.
How about being stuck on say, some big-ass spaceship in the WH40k world with a bunch of sides fighting for it and your goal is just to make it out of there, encountering all sorts of bad stuffery along the way.
And what if you crossed Halo with....a decent game!
