I think I would, but mostly out of force of habit.
I like food, and I could give it up if I wanted, but there would be a gap at some point between 6-8 o'clock that I'd have to fill with other stuff. I also like cooking, so there's that.
What's also interesting is how society would adjust to the lack of necessity. I think restaurants and places people go out to would stay around, but places like McDonalds probably wouldn't, because people would go out somewhere nice to eat, and cook when they have people around for special occasions, so supermarkets would reduce their food range hugely. Pot Noodles would be gone along with all kinds of instant meals, as would Pringles, Doritos, and all kinds of snack foods. Sweets and chocolates would probably stay around because people buy it as a treat for themselves or reward for children.
Essentially, anything that's bought with regularity and not for any particular reason would be much less desirable, and would fade away.
Quick question though after that little tirade. How would this be found out?
As for other biological necessities and imperatives, some I could do without, some I'd stick around with.
Breathing would be a hard habit to break, but I'd probably learn not to for the carbon dioxide produced and swinmming.
