First, I would have them stand in back of me whenever I was doing negotiations with upper management in an attempt to get one of my projects approved. Not necessarily doing anything, just standing there. Brandishing weapons. And looking really, really pissed off.
Then I would bring them with me to the car dealership when I go to buy a new car this weekend. And I would politely ask the salesperson for the best deal he could give me. While they stood behind me glowering at him.
Sometimes it's the threat of violence rather than the actual violence itself that is most effective.
Then I would hire them all out as personal trainers for people who really want to be able to get into shape but can't seem to get "inspired" to do so.

Honestly, though, that much testosterone would be nigh uncontrollable in a modern world. Although I might let them go over and beat up Next Door University's football team, those arrogant, cocky bastards.
