Beer? Everyone likes beer. Or, perhaps Jagermeister. Everyone likes that too. So, if you get Budweiser and mix it with Jagermeister, you get my latest invention...Babermeister. It is actually quite nice.
To conclude my answer, I would have an infinate amount of Babermeister.

Invincible Immortal Psychic Super Strong Flying Warrior Stripper wives that think I am a God.

Kind of like this but not robots, not with shitty ugly hair, and with unbeatable super powers. Oh and they are immortal so they don't need food or water. :)

Energy. Nuff said.
So you want to be imprisoned by governments that will harness you until the day you die?
You could just give the particles of the building and everyone else in it energy, but in an outward direction, so that it all explodes outwards from you, leaving you unscathed.

OT: Energy sounds good, mainly becuase I'd give it to myself to fly.
If I could fly at huge speeds (very very very fast) then I would love that, I'd definitely steal from the rich and give to the poor.

I'm trying to figure out what effect on the universe an energy producer would have considering our current understanding of physics says the stuff can't be created or destroyed.

I suppose the wishing thing would be good, but only if they actually worked according to my instructions and intentions. If I wish for a million dollars, no monkey's paw, "Here's the life insurance for your dead family." or even worse, earning a million dollars over my lifetime. I want that stuff to appear like magic in my bank account or in duffle bag in convenient 1's, 5's, 10's, and 20's.

But if everyone is a free man, nobody is a free man.
Hmm, that was somehow wierdly true for democracy.

Ahem.

Precious gemstones. I'm not picking just one, mind you. That way, there will be no overload on diamonds, corundum (rubies/sapphires), beryls (Emerald, Bixbite, Aquamarines, Goshenite, Morganite, etc.) Tormalines and so one. And I'd have lots of precious shiny things, and if I ever need money, sell one or two.

Perhaps transmute body fat and excess mass into precious gemstones. That would be good, too.

If I was a mature person, I would say "an infinite amount of intelligent, kind, hard working people interested in the well being of all mankind and the rest of the universe" or some shit like that.
However, since I'm a hormone driven idiot, I will say CUTE AND EASY GIRLS.

That's also my "If you had a wish, what would it be?" - Fill the universe with eternally happy life. I don't personally think there's a way to trump that.
You don't?
Just stone everyone and everything for all eternity.

That's my point though, you can only choose one medium to create. Energy is too broad, like food.
Oh, well then. Perhaps huge amounts of whatever form of energy they chose then? I can't think of any that wouldn't get you out of a prison in potentially infinite magnitude...
Then you get gravitational potential energy in the form of a massive black hole an infinite distance away from the earth. :D

It's like DMing for a player who wants to cast Wish.

If you had infinite energy you'd have the infinite mass to go with it, not sure life as a singularity would be much fun.

I actually have a recurring dream that whenever I open my left hand it contains £2.56.
